I bought this to use when walking or jogging on my treadmill and it works great! The fabric doesn't get nasty and dirty after a workout and it's not itchy during use. The velcro stays put and keeps it snug. When on my treadmill, I either put it around my wrists to tone them or put them around my ankles -- believe me, after your workout your thighs and legs will be sore but that means you are on your way to great-looking legs!

I like the arm/ankle weights. They work good. My only thing is they don't cover the whole arm or ankle.

I bought these to use with the Wii Active program (running, walking, lunges, some jumping, etc.) and I thought they'd be perfect. When I got them, I put them on to wear around the house for a bit and, just doing that, the velcro kept coming unfastened. I tried loosening them, tightening them, nothing worked. I wore them around for about 10 minutes before the one came undone and the other quickly followed. I was pretty disappointed, as they'd never survive an actual workout if I couldn't even wear them walking around! I returned them and found a nice, sturdy pair from another store.
