Love this item. Looks elegant, practical with the built in light and shade, and a great place to keep mementos on display. We use these to keep our honeymoon & wedding books & souvenirs on display without cluttering up the house and their placement offers a quick light when we enter the house. Absolutely love the elegant look of the shelving. The sturdy wood and large shelves really adds to the decor without looking cheap, and all without costing too much!

Should have been an easy assemble, but without directions, I had to spend some time figuring out what went where... Love it though, and with a low watt bulb, makes a great nightlight.

I was pleasantly pleased when we received this lamp. We use it as an accent piece standing in the corner and, while it does not give off a large amount of light, it definitely does add a touch of color anywhere you might choose to use it, with the added bonus of three shelves where small items can be displayed. And, according to my husband, assembly was a breeze...at least I did not hear any "bad words" coming from the room!

This lamp is just the "unexpected" piece i needed to add to my master suite. I originally purchased it in the store with the natural lamp shade. However, after looking it up on line to show a friend, i found the red one and immediately ordered it. My only complaint is the vague set of instructions that made what could have been a very simple assembly very time consuming.

I purchased two of these lamps at one of our local Target stores. However, the square piece that holds the light socket in the first lamp had four large holes in it so that light could spill onto the top shelf, the same piece in the second lamp had NO holes. This means I have to go back to the store and get the correct part (WITH holes), if they have it. This is annoying.

My sister and I put this together in 35 minutes. Just remember you are assembling from the floor up. The finish is nice, the lamp shade color is a deep red, just like the photo. It's sturdy and looks great. I have a 100 watt bulb in it but would like it to be a bit brighter, but looks great in my chocolate and red home office with deep yellow walls and accents. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The shelves are perfect for large candles or nicknacks.

I saw these lamps on sale with the beige shade, but when I saw the red I had to have them. I recieved them today, and they are more than I expected. They go perfect with my livingroom furniture, and the shelves are bigger than I they look. Great buy!

This lamp looks really cute and is very easy to put together. Only took my boyfriend and I about 20 minutes. It would look better with two in a room probably, but we only have room for one. Also, Target ships everything SO fast. I bought a desk and chair from them before as well and the shipping time is unreal. Would buy from them again and might buy more of these lamps in the future!
