PayDay is my grandchildren's favorite board game. Every time they visit, they want to play it. Besides being fun, it teaches them how to count money, pay bills, borrow money, pay interest, etc. -- things they'll need to know as adults. I've had my current version of the game so long, it is wearing out so I've been looking for a replacement for awhile. I was thrilled to see the 30th anniversary edition and can't wait to get it.

My friend and I always joke about how we met over Pay Day years ago. We're teenagers now and we still have the greatest fun playing Payday. We love the places such as "Yard Sale", "Happy Birthday", and "Lottery". We always act out our deal cards and mail cards. For example, if a mail card says "Pay for daycare for your 8 children;" my friend and I always name whoever's 8 children. It's a great game; we both love playing it!
When we started playing it, they didn't have the 30th edition. My friend got the 30th edition and it's even cooler than the original!
