This is so easy to use! Of course, YOU train your baby to sleep, but this little tool keeps track of all of the information for you so that you can see your baby's sleep patterns. At 2:00AM it seemed like my baby was crying for 10 minutes...with the sleep trainer, I would have known it was only a minute and a half :-). There are many books about sleep training, but I was so sleep deprived with my first baby that I couldn't stay awake when I started reading them. This is just a few buttons. Anyone can use it...mom, dad, grandparents, babysitters.

This is a total life saver! We were at our wits end after months of no more than 2 hours of sleep at a time. After using the Sleep Trainer for 2 days, our 11 month old went down to sleep by himself in his crib for the first time ever! And he slept from over 8 hours (also a first!!!) I love that we can keep track of his sleep schedule online.

My nine month old was a horrible sleeper and I bought this in desperation not really expecting too much. It was hard to listen to her cry, but I kept the faith and just did what it told me to do and after TWO NIGHTS she slept all night no problem. This is A MUST for any parents who are having problems getting their kids to sleep. I'm going to buy one for all my friends. I think tracking her sleep on line is going to be great, but right now all I care about is I got my first decent nights sleep.

Bad product. Doesn't hold a charge and broke in half when dropped from a small height. Poor construction, and overall a bad idea.
