Not so good November 19, 2008 Reviewer:  E.R.A. "E.R.A." (Chicago, IL)  See all my reviews >

My daughter got this for her 4th birthday and she loves to trace so she was really excited about it. But like many have said, the image is really blurry and it's very difficult to trace (I even have a hard time)! Also, the storage drawer on the side is very difficult to open! I would not recommend this toy.

Have to turn the lights out! November 23, 2007 Reviewer:  3munchkins (Chicago area)  See all my reviews >

We had the crayola version of this and LOVED it! So when we saw the princess one, we got it right away. But the light is so weak, my daughter (6 yrs old) can barely see the lines! She really likes it, but it's hard for her to use. If your princess likes to draw, I'd go w/ the crayola version. It doesn't have princesses, but it has a TON of stuff for them to draw (including butterflies & other girlie stuff). My daughter used it every day.

Not worth the $! December 29, 2008 Reviewer:  I'm "Madi and Jack's Mom" (Atlanta, GA)  See all my reviews >

My 4 yr old got this for Christmas and it's really no good. The lens is frosted instead of clear (don't know why) so the images are blurry at best. She gets really frustrated with it and wants to play with it but just can't. How are kids supposed to trace the images if they can't see them. Just wait for the "2.0" version.

Draw your favorie characters September 29, 2008 Reviewer:  Picky Parent See all my reviews >

My five year old daughter got this for a gift and loves to draw all of the different characters included. As some of the other reviews state, it need to be pretty dark in the room to see the image to trace. There are so many characters to draw from the Disney movies and my daughter seems to know them all

Very Disappointing - Poor Projection Quality June 25, 2008 Reviewer:  TargetShopper (Franklin, TN, USA)  See all my reviews >

My daughter loves to draw, so I thought this was a perfect gift for her; however, I was very disppointed to find that the bulb was extremely weak, and the projected image was very blurry. I had hoped this toy would help her develop her tracing/drawing skills, but the blurred image made it too difficult for her to actually trace the lines. She was frustrated and disappointed in her traced picture, and I was VERY disappointed with this item's poor image quality. Great idea but poorly developed.

Not much of a projector December 11, 2007 Reviewer:  Frequent Shopper "Kay S" (Atlanta, Ga)  See all my reviews >

This "projector" falls way short of my expectations. The light and magnifier are the worst I've ever seen. The bulb is about as bright as a flashlight when the batteries are going dead. The magnifier enlarges the picture, but it's very blurry. When you try to adjust it to make the picture clear, it just goes from bad to worst. The cartridges aren't adjustable so the top of a lot of the pictures end up off the paper. The paper clip also allows the paper to move so if you erase or slide your hand across the paper, you have to try to realign your copy with the image. I think the concept behind this toy was great, but someone dropped the ball and we ended up with this instead.

not so good November 16, 2007 Reviewer:  Alot of NC "Alot-NC" (Apex, NC)  See all my reviews >

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday but i was so disappointed w/ it. The light is not too bright. You have to be on a dark room (e.g. bathroom) so you could see the pictures cleary and follow them.

Mechanical Problems July 18, 2007 Reviewer:  Texas Momma See all my reviews >

My daughter recieved this for her birthday, I bought batteries and put them in and it didn't work. I exchanged it for another one and it didn't work either, so I called the customer service number on the box, and they told me there was a problem with the light swich and they had recieved lots of complaints about the product. They said they could send me another (that would make three) or they could send me a refund...I choose the refund.

Very cool! May 9, 2007 Reviewer:  Cool Dad See all my reviews >

This is a great toy. My 5 year old daughter is a big Princess fan and loves that she can draw her own princesses! The unit seems to be very durable. It works best in a dimly lit room. I love how the arm folds down when we need to put it away.
