This machine is very squeaky and noisy when you sit down on it. It feels very cheap. I had to return it.

First of all this is the easiest piece of equipment to put together. My 2 year old could've put it together, that's how easy it was.
This really does work. It is great for my flabby abs. I have used it 3-4 times a weeks for a month and already see results.

This machine works great. Well actually you work it. It is not as easy as you think. It is your resistance working it. You do get fast results. This was one machine that didn't end up with laundry on it and the whole family used it. Our 18, 20 and 21 year old all use it. It works the upper arms, stomach, abs, waist, butt, and even a little of the thighs. Neck did not hurt or back, The beginning it was hard to get used to. Dont quit, keep trying. It does WORK!

I bought this equipment (like everyone else) because of the infomercial and after trying it out in a sporting goods store. I generally use this piece of equipment when I feel like having a "lazy day" workout (meaning I still want to work out but I don't feel like getting the heart rate up too much!) Mine folds up for storeage (some do but most don't!) I don't use my strap (I lightly hold the sides of the top of the chair) to really make my abs work. The only problem that I have with this is that after a long work out with this (at least 1 1/2 hours) I really feel the pivot points in my hips!!! But this is great for short workouts or if you just want to add something new to your workout. IT REALLY DOES WORK!!!!

theres a recall on this product look it up due to crushing and amputation of fingers while trying to fold. they supply a special bracket for people who bought it i requested one but have not recieved it... its been 3 weeks so i dont use mine afraid of crushing my fingers.

I just bought this item used, as I have wanted one for a while but didnt the full 100 bucks to spend. I am very pleased. its very comfortable to do while watching tv, however like other reviews state it does take up a lot of space. Try to find a used one in good shape, works just as good as a new one!

I bought this machine after seeing on the infomercials that it's supposed to support your body, making ab work-outs easier, which is very important to me as I can't do basic floor crunches. This machine is uncomfortable and it's hard to do the exercises shown. I tried the stretch ones, but those hurt my shoulders. I've gotten better results by limiting my diet and using the eliptical. As for this machine, the most workout I got was lugging it to the bus stop. Don't buy! Waste of $!

I agree with some of the others in that this is not an easy product to assemble! It took my husband and I about 1 1/2 hours to put together. But its well worth it cause we both really love it! Only thing I wish is that it would be easy to fold up and store because it does take up alot of space. All I think you would have to do is take a couple of bolts loose and you could store it with no problems. We've just been using it so much there hasnt been a need to put it away just yet! Its great for the abs..you can definately feel the "burn" in your abdominal area so you know its working. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. I wanted one for a long time and finally broke down and bought one..and I'm glad that I did!
