I have had my current airbake cookie sheets for approximately 16 years. They still look new! Your cookies bake as they should with no burnt bottoms. Nothing sticks to these and clean up is a breeze.

One word of caution: If you are reading complaints about these warping it is because people are putting them in their dishwasher. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS! There is no reason they need a dishwasher to get clean. Warm water and dish detergent clean these up in a snap! Dry them immediately and you will be using them for many years to come.

I am actually looking to expand my collection of these cookie sheets because they are such a great product and I'm afraid they will soon become extinct like all great products do. Then we'll be left with cheap baking products. If you find these, buy them! Enough said.

The claim on the label is true. This sheet with the "airbake" feature did prevent burnt cookies even when you have a helper. Easy to use and clean.

I agree that food does slip off easily and you must be careful while taking food out of the oven but thats what non stick means. I love this cookie sheet. I can bake so many cookies at once and clean up is so easy! It is a bit big for my dishwasher but where it being non stick the mess just wipes off! I've used this sheet over a dozen times now and it still looks brand new!!

Its wonderfull it washes easy it cooks great (if you cook in electric it gets really hot so check 5 min before they would normally be done) so slim so its easy to store ive had it for 4 months use it almost daily its held up great none of the random black makrs and such you get form regualr cookie sheets!

I received the baking sheets as a gift the first few times I used them they were excellent as I was washing them and using them again they would give off a very horrible smell when I would put them in the oven. The smell would stay in my house and was very hard to remove from the house.

I love these cookie sheets. I got them for Christmas and they still look brand new. As long as you take things off them right away, nothing sticks! But don't let things (like croissants) cool on them because then they stick.
They're worth the money!

Easy to clean and VERY nonstick. Tricky to get ahold of while taking out of the oven due to the smaller incline instead of a handle. Pricey, but worth it if you bake cookies often and enjoy easy clean-up.

Nice and easy to clean (must handwash)BUT the food slips right off. I actually was pulling this tray out of the oven and all the food slipped off and one of the pieces caught on fire from the oven coils.So needless to say I am not going to be using this often!
