I bought 2 sets (4) hoping they would match the two tone table I bought a while back and they look great! I wasn't sure how they would actually look just looking at the pictures. The picture clearly shows the seat indentation for comfort, but it is not noticable at all when looking at it with the naked eye. These are good quality chairs....they're comfortable in both sitting and leaning back into the chair. You do have to assemble them, but it wasn't hard....just make sure the seat is lined up before tightening, or the legs will be off and they will wobble.

I purchased the x-back chairs online after searching all over my area for chairs and a pedestal table for my breakfast room. I was nervous about the wood tone, but love it. It is a very warm walnut color. Darker than the oak and a little darker than the teak asian table Target has. I found the chairs very easy to put together - we did not put any of the screws into the chair (like the instructions state) until all of the other pieces were together and then stood the chair on a flat surface, then we put the screws into place. The chairs are very sturdy, have the visible wood grain and look just like all the other expensive chairs you can buy! I love mine and have had lots of compliments! I also purchased the round extending table to go with the chairs. Satisfied with the table as well! I purchased the chairs first because you can return them to the store if you don't like the color or the style. The table had to be shipped back at a cost of over $100. So if you are nervous about the color, buy when there is free shipping and purchase the chairs first. My chairs got here in about 3 or 4 days.

I bought a couple sets of these chairs after looking at nearly a dozen furniture stores. They look great and are about half the price of anything that comes close in quality. The chairs are very easy to assemble, the finish is extremely well done, and the construction will ensure the chairs hold up for a very long time.

We were so happy with our purchase of these chairs! We bought 6 and each one came in perfect condition. My husband put them together pretty easily, and they are very sturdy. We were very impressed with the overall quality of these chairs, and the good price that we got them for--I would honestly recommend them to anyone.

Great chairs! My six year old daughter helped me put them together, great detailed instructions. Color is deep and rich, exactly as described. Very heavy and sturdy. Try them out - you can even take them back to the store near you if they don't work out.

We bought 3 sets of these chairs to go in our dining room. We had found a great old table and buffet at a yard sale and hated the chairs with it. We spent a lot of time online looking for something that would co-ordinate with the table and buffet. These chairs matched great with the color even better than we thought. It is really hard to see the color on the computer but it really is a nice warm mid brown color. We chose these chairs in particular because the style was almost the same as our kitchen chairs which lets us us the kitchen ones as additional chairs for the dining room without looking too out of place. The chairs are very solid and comfortable.

The chairs were fairly easy to assemble, just make sure you follow the instructions carefully especially the one about not tightening the screws until the last step. The hardware required came in a very neat package clearly labeled for each step. Each step could be opened one at a time so it's less likely you'll lose a screw from step 5 while working on step 1. We thought this was the best labeled packet we've seen in all our self-assembly days.

we were so disappointed after we put our 4 chairs together that all 4 chairs had significantly wobbly legs. One chair had a leg 1/2 inch shorter than the rest. I had to return all 4 chairs we purchased.

I bought 2 sets of these chairs to go with the American Simplicity Pedestal table and I love them. They match perfectly and are very solid. I put them together myself and it took some time but the finished product is great. I am really happy with this purchase!

I'm very pleased with the quality of these chairs. The assembly takes a little while and is much easier with 2 people. The finish is expensive looking and the color is warm (just like it says in the name). I highly recommend these chairs for their comfort and solid appeal.
