This is the best hair dryer I've owned/used so far! I usually get one of the Chi (over $100) hair dryers so I was skeptical when I ordered this one for travel. I use this one at home now too! It is pretty quite, It dries my super-thick, coarse hair without ANY frizz! I barely had to use any smoothing product after I was done drying my hair! And for $22 ! It's great! The retractable cord is wonderful too!

My husband tracked this down for me after I raved about it for days. I used it in an NYC Marriott hotel and loved it. It leaves your hair smooth like a professional blowout, and the retractible cord is a bonus! The handle also folds down to make it compact.

I thought this was a travel hair dryer, but is almost the size of my home dryer. 7 1/2" long without, and 9" long with the concentrator attachment x 6" wide. My old travel dryer is almost half the size. Would have been helpful to see dimensions of the item not just the box, I would have chosen a smaller dryer. Also the cord does not retract all the way, it still hangs about 9". I wouldn't recommend it for limited space in your suitcase, but maight be OK in your bathroom.

I got this for a christmas present and was just using it and smelled smoke. (not burning hair but smoke) I looked at it and saw that the coils inside were bright orange so I turned it off (or at least I tried to) It was still running while the switch was in the off position. So, I unplugged it. Any time I plug it in it starts back up again. I don't think I'll be trying to exchange it. I just don't trust it.

Do not waste your money on this product. Sure, it works great at first....then it falls apart. Both my sister and I bought it around the same time and within 6 months both of ours had broken in one way or another. On mine some latch broke so it won't stay locked in the upright postition, its a pain to dry your hair like that. My sister's cord won't retract and the button fell off. The dryer was kept in our respective houses, not banged around or treated poorly. Beware it won't last you long!!!

Dries hair quickly, evenly, and gently. Probably the best drier I've ever used, great for travel.
