Interesting but uncomfortable September 14, 2009 Reviewer:  redtara (Ann Arbor, MI)  See all my reviews >

Tried this on in both small and medium. It just feels 'wrong' on. I get that its asymmetrical, but it feels funny on. Can't stand the way they show it with a white t-shirt! I think it would be cute with a tank top if you can stand the .weird cut

WTF? September 13, 2009 Reviewer:  B. Bryan "skitzomix" Real Name (Hacienda Heights, CA)  See all my reviews >

do you want to look like you shredded an ugly shirt, then attempted to make it seem appealing? Or perhaps, you are a member of some slasher flick and the main monster in the horror movie ripped your shirt repeatedly into shreds?

Then this shirt is for you.

It almost seems like its backwards.

Seriously.

How is this attractive, at all? I feel like its encouraging mockery regarding your sense of fashion. Nobody would be caught dead wearing this, and if you do, people are gonna be like, "Is that a new shirt? Oh...." And will never say, "BTW, I love that new hoochie top you've got on! Way to go!"

Not attractive; don't bother.

Awesome! September 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Primrose See all my reviews >

I LOVE this shirt. I wore it to a metal concert the other night and it looked totally rad over a shredded grey tank. All the ties are adjustable, so you don't have to have it all tight around the neck like that. You get a drapier effect with looser knots, more zombie than mummy. Graaagh!

There is "edgy" and then there is just plain ridiculous. November 19, 2009 Reviewer:  B. Danicke "saremca" Real Name (United States)  See all my reviews >

This...shirt (?) falls into the latter category. I get the Raquel Allegra shredded top thing, but this is not that. Not even close. This thing looks like my husband designed it. For real. I cannot believe that Anna Sui would attach her name to something so cheap and ridiculous looking.

i just don't get it. and even if i wanted a shirt like this, i wouldn't waste money on it. i'd cut my own shirt up.

Difficult to wear unless you want the Mummy Effect September 17, 2009 Reviewer:  Amy R. Steppe "Harkleroade" Real Name (Wherever the Jobs Take Me)  See all my reviews >

Oh my!

I received this top today and my first thought was, How the Heck am I supposed to wear this thing?

I it nothing more than a bandage and so not worth anything.

This one went back!

Worst piece in collection IMO.

This is Great October 2, 2009 Reviewer:  clotheswhore "GM" (Indianapolis, IN United States)  See all my reviews >

I wore it with a cream body hugging camisole and it looks great!! I did not tie it around my neck and let those hang... this is not for the soccer mom's they couldn't pull this one off.

really cool top September 28, 2009 Reviewer:  D. Brickner Real Name (Philadelphia, PA, USA)  See all my reviews >

i really like this top, but it definitely takes the right type of person to be able to pull this off. if you're a rock and roll type girl, you will probably like this. if you're on the fence, it's reasonably priced so i think it's worth adding it to your wardrobe as a more experimental item. in my experience, it runs true to size.

horrid and cheap looking September 24, 2009 Reviewer:  E. Bial Real Name See all my reviews >

this is so horrid. hangs funny, fabric is cheesy. I simply cannot find a way to style this so as not to look like a low-class tart. worst item in this capsule collection.

Who Needs Talent when you can just play with scissors? September 22, 2009 Reviewer:  Berlin Porcelain "Meh." (My bedroom...)  See all my reviews >

Who says you need talent to be a fashion designer?
Was someone out ideas after making yet another poorly constructed shirt for this line and just had at it with a pair of shears and then presented it as if this was their desired affect all along? Was Anna Sui overly caffeinated after 48 hours of not sleeping when this and the Text Message shirt were approved by her?

I would have given it 1 star, but Halloween is just around the corner, maybe it will even go on sale before then.
