Not for sensitive skin June 5, 2009 Reviewer:  Mum "Katie W" (Waltham, MA)  See all my reviews >

I used Aveeno Baby on my son all last summer, and I was convinced that his eczema / skin irritation was unrelated. His skin was fine all winter, then it flared up again as soon as put the sunscreen on once again (new tube). I tried it on myself, and I now have a *huge rash* on my neck. I know of two other adults and one other toddler who had reactions to Aveeno Baby sunscreen. I have always used Aveeno products, so I'm sad to say this one is best avoided.

Love Aveeno but this is not tear-free! June 4, 2009 Reviewer:  SharonB (Westerville, OH)  See all my reviews >

I am a huge fan of Aveeno. My family has sensitive skin and we all use the washes, lotions, and face products. However on a recent trip to Florida I used this sunscreen on my 6 month old. I chose it because it was Aveeno and especially for baby. I started to apply it on my little one and he rubbed his eyes, immediately they started tearing and he began crying. I then rubbed my own eyes and discovered it was not tear-free. It is my fault for not checking to make sure it was tear-free but being made "for baby" I assumed. I contacted Aveeno and they were very apologetic and sincere. I will continue using Aveeno but not this sunscreen on my little ones. Just wanted other mom's out there to know... Happy Summer!!

amazing April 29, 2009 Reviewer:  target scoop's "targetscoop" (Raleigh NC)  See all my reviews >

This is a cult product,,, hard to find. Tremendous for Babies but as a 50+ woman I am hooked. It feels good and works. Hard to find so get it while you can.

Don't buy it! September 15, 2009 Reviewer:  Mama Elz (Hawaii)  See all my reviews >

I thought since aveeno has great products for adults the same would be true for babies, but that is not the case. I bought this and went to the beach lathered up my little boy and the sunscreen balled up and it looked like he was covered with a bunch of lint. I thought his skin was getting exfoliated off! He also ended up with light red patches, nothing serious but it never happened with the california baby sunscreen which costs a lot more but is worth it. When I got home I read other reviews online and others have had the same thing happen with this brand.

Wasn't what I expected August 11, 2009 Reviewer:  Benny Bear's Mom (temporarily in S. Korea)  See all my reviews >

I used this on my now 21 month old son. At first I thought it worked well. I didn't like the fact that when I put it on it was a bit gooey. You have to rub it in well or it leaves streaks of white all over. We went the the swimming pool and the sunblock got into his eyes and he started crying. Now I only like to use this on his arms and legs since I don't want to just throw it away.
