Some of these Baby Einstein movies are great and some are just kinda lame. This one is good! My 7 month old likes the Beethoven one better but she does enjoy this one too. It has a lot of colorful/interesting things that captivate her attention. I think these Music ones (Beethoven, Mozart, & Bach) are all safe to buy. My daughter didn't enjoy the Babies First Moves though...so I probably wont be buying anymore of those.

My 3 month old just started noticing the television so I decided to buy this to see if it would catch his attention. WOW! My little man is captivated by the images and music. It's a definite DO!

I got two of these Baby Einsteins for shower gifts and my daughter absolutely loves them. She will sit and watch the entire thing and then look at me until I start it over. She recognizes the music...We had a small portable DVD player that we let her watch the videos on but she spit up on it and it stopped working. My husband was trying to fix it so he turned it on and she heard the music, but couldn't see the picture so she cried and cried until we put it on our big TV while my husband fixed hers!

I try not to let my son watch tv but i received this as a gift and decided to check out his reaction. I played this for him when he was about 3 months old and he loved it. It's amazing how mesmerized they become watching it. He laughed and smiled and cooed all through it. I've let him watch it about 4 times now during the past couple months and he's still fascinated by it each time. I don't agree with putting kids down in front of the tv all the time but I think that wathcing this 30 minute movie occasionally is very fun and stimulating for babies.

This video is THE BEST!! My son started showing an interest in watching TV at about 3 months. We had some of the other Baby Einstein DVD's but they were just a little too advanced and didn't hold our son's attention. A friend recommended Baby Mozart and I think it is the best purchase I have made! From the first time I popped it in the DVD player it has captivated his attention for the full 26 minutes. He is amazed by it! I read that babies under 10 months really shouldn't be interested in TV but that is absolutely not true! I can see my son's eyes following objects on the screen and he gets so excited and laughs and smiles at certain parts of the video. He even coos and "talks" to the animals and puppets! When he is fussy and nothing else seems to work, I put this video in and his eyes get big and he instantly calms down. It is wonderful! It is the most basic thing you will ever watch, but it's great and my son loves it.

I bought this video for my daughter when she was 2 weeks old. I was amazed that she would watch all of it at such a young age. Now at 8 months she is teething and sometimes this is all that will calm her down. She also loves the Baby Bethoven DVD. These videos are great for showing your little one the world, even before they are big enough to explore it on their own. These videos are great for just before nap or bedtime because they are so soothing. For adults too! :-)

Both my son and I love this DVD! He is 6 months old and it keeps him captivated the whole time. I put him in his Baby Einstein Exersaucer in front of it and can actually get some cleaning done! It is not as annoying as many other children's DVD's and I love that it is introducing him to classical music. The images on the screen are not too busy or complex and he absolutly loves them! I love that they have the puppet that is on his exersaucer in the movie too, he seems to reconize it and look from the tv to the puppet and back. All of the Baby Einstein products have very consistant images in them which I think is great...it seems to be very comforting for my son to see familier characters and colors.

These videos are great, my daughter was able to watch them at only 2 months. The colors and music are beautiful, very age appropriate. I've purchased 4 so far and best of all, they are not annoying, quite relaxing in fact.

Our little girl has loved the Baby Einstein movies since she was only a few weeks old. She was always very alert and would get bored and frustrated very easily but she would sit through almost an entire Baby Einstein movie. They have stimulating, colorful images, cute puppets and REALLY GOOD MUSIC (we especially like Mozart and Vivaldi...Baby Monet). Baby Mozart was the first movie we got and it is still our little girls favorite even 9 months later. It allows mama time to take a shower, do a little laundry or prepare dinner. Magic!!!

Do not buy this if you have a apex dvd player I had to call baby einstein and have it replaced for one that would be compatable with apex/ but the good thing is they will replace it!
