This is a beautiful playyard and is easy enough to put up and meets my expected safety standards, however, for my intended purpose, was a waste of money. My intention was to have a place to be able to carry it to a babysitter so that the baby could have a place to rest, sleep, play, etc. The playyard is simply to heavy and cumbersome to allow this and unfortunately my babysitter does not have the space to store between uses therefore it is necessary for me to lug it back and forth. And the accessories are useless to me unless I find a way to carry them back and forth as well. It would have been a perfect solution for anyone intending to use it in place of a crib and dressing table. I wish I had realized the above before purchasing this product. I am sure I could have found something more convenient at a lower price. Hopefully I will be able to recoup some of my investment through [..].

I love the fabric this is done in. I have a few complaints but nothing major. My first issue is that the instructions were sort of hard to follow and understand. Second, the canopy doesnt stay all the way up but its up enough that it still works. Third, I dont like that you cant use the music center and the changing table at the same time unless you put it under the canopy which then you cant see the buttons. It isnt a big deal but would just be nice to be able to use every feature at the same time. Also the accessory bar is hard to get placed in the right spot. I had to move it a number of times to get it in a place where I could use everything else or have everything else on there. Overall I would recommend this product. I really like it so far and as soon as it was set up, my almost 5 and 3 year olds were playing in it and it seems really sturdy.

I really love this play yard. It does look just like the picture minus the an item or too. It was a little difficult at first to put up but after a little reading of the manual my husband was able to get it up just fine! My only concerns are the fact that the canopy doesn't seem stable and sturdy to stand alone providing covering without it rearing back or crumbling in. In the sample pic the website provides you, it looks so sturdy and it seems like it stands alone without problem but when you put it together, it doesn't look like that. The issue is the music box and changing table. In order to make both work at the same time without taking one off is to unsnap one of the snaps which can't really be safe.

This seems to be a nice play yard. I use it in our living room and it works perfect. The changing table is great. My only complaints are that the umbrella part doesn't stay up so it's pretty much useless unless I can jiggy it up to stay. But maybe it's just this one. And my other complaint is that the music is very LOUD and I've had to cover the speakers and it's still loud. But overall this has been great.

I just received the play yard today and everything looked really good... until I put the mattress down. it is hard as a rock! I planned on using this as my crib for awhile but now I'm sorry I planned it that way. I don't really know what to do. I thought about getting some foam and make my own little mattress, but am scared that it might be too soft. I'm not sure what to do. Everything else seems fine but... I just can't do that to a new born baby. If I wouldn't sleep on a rock, why make my baby?

Our play yard arrived today and I was so excited! I took it out of the box to find a huge mess. As I started to assemble the play yard, I discovered that some of the slits that are needed in the fabric to insert support rails were sewn shut! I could not insert the rails at all for the bassinet. After locking the side rails in place for the actual yard, I pushed down like the directions say, but it would not lock. No matter how hard I pushed, the center kept popping back up. Its still not locked. I also noticed that the fabric for the bassinet in too big and does not fit snuggly. On the contrast, the fabric for the changing table is too small and now appears stretched. I will definitely be returning this product due to the fact that the support rails can't be placed, and the center won't even lock. This is definitely not safe. I will not buy from this company again, and I would recommend that others do the same.

this is absolutely more hassle than it is worth.
it is nearly impossible to set up/take down without a great deal of work and effort. as a parent you know that time is valuable.
i would absolutely recommend against this product at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

It is easy to care & open it up to use...it is everything that I thought it would be I would suggest this item to any one for their baby needs.
