I am very pleased with this unit. We were making shaved ice within 30 minutes of receiving the package. You can use ice cubes from your ice maker if you can't wait for the special molded ice cubes. The top is a little off balance at times when you are running the motor, but overall, I would recommend this product. Kids love it!

I got this item for my son after his tonsils were removed & it was such a lifesver!! The ice comes out very fine so he was able to eat it without any trouble.

We bought this to make snowcones at home. It is easy to use, and my kids use it all the time. It works great and was inexpensive.

The machine works great. Used it for my daughters birthday party. I purchased the cups and straws and syrup for flavoring. However, when I opened the box for the first time and put my hand in to take the machine out, the blade was sticking up with no cover over it causing me to slice my finger open pretty bad. You would think that they would cover the blade with something especially because its the first thing your see inside the box. Unfortunately I didnt look inside before putting my hand in. Overall, its a great product that would've received more stars if their packaging was better.

The machine is shaving fine.But one of the ice making molds cracked the bottom out and the other mold is about to crack.

One word Easy! Everything about this machine is easy to use and clean. One tip I have is if you're using this for a party a few days before your event start freezing extra ice trays for your party. One frozen tray will produce about two ice Cones. At my nieces birthday party there was 25 guests so I start a week before freezing ice trays and it was worth it, everyone had seconds including the adults. I Love this machine. Also it takes two people to make and hand out the ice cones. My fiance Shaved the ice while I added the flavoring and the spoon. It took us less time as a team than with just one person doing all the work and having to deal with the line of kids. Love it!

I specially ordered the product pictured because I know that product works well and is quality. However, after waiting 10 days (not the 3-5 shipping days it said) I recieved a different product with a similar name but NOT the one in the photo. If you are lucky enough to get the one in the photo you are doing good.
Although the Target phone return lady was polite, nothing was fixed. I don't have a printer to make a specific 'return' lable, nor the money to ship it back. They even told me those ice crushers were not available in the store (which is a 3 hour round trip drive from my home).
So I am stuck with this junk they sent instead of the ice crusher advertised. If I do drive the to Reno just to get a refund, I will only get a gift card. Considering they don't have one in stock, I will not be able to get an ice crusher.
The other option was for them to ship me a lable and then for me to ship the entire thing back... so maybe in a few months my gift card (which will be expired by then) will be refunded. I am very upset. I believe this is the second time in a few years I have had trouble with ordering on line with Target. Never again!

We bought this in late June. We've used it almost everyday since. It works really well and clean up is easy. All you have to do is dry it out. The flavoring is very yummy. But you can also just pour your favorite juice or soda over it too.

I make snow cones a lot, and it really works! You can decide how fine or course you want the shave. The button is very easy to press and it is an altogether nice design!
