We bought this for my son when he started school. Perfect size and weight. But the zip broke after a few weeks of use. As we live overseas we have not been able to exchange it. My son loved this backpack (and matching wallet) but it is nolonger functional!

This backpack is a little smaller than a regular backback. It isn't tiny like the pre-school or kdg. backpacks, but it is simply - a little smaller than a regular backback. I would buy it again. It appears durable and the additional pockets on the side and front are nice.

We bought this for my son near the end of the school year and for his summer camps. The graphic/fabric on the front pocket began cracking within a couple of months and has now totally fallen apart. When we bought this, I figured we'd get at least one full school year out of it but instead I'm shopping for a new one again.

I bought a back pack like this one last year. The zipper broke on it and I returned it. The zipper broke on it a second time.....I didn't bother to take it back a third time....I gave up and my son started back using one of his old faithfuls. But my son loved the backpack and matching wallet.
