I ordered this rack seeking a larger rack for my bike, and saw this advertised as 19" long and 7.5" wide--NOT hardly! When it arrived it was similar to almost every other bike rack, about 12" long and 5" wide, therefore I returned it! It does look well made and has universal holes for fitting with a spriog loaded hold-down for books etc! I gave it 3 stars as I hate false advertising, 1 star for that, although it is Bell who gave Target the false sizing info, but Target is still responsible as the seller! Target was great in refunding my $$'s at a local store and I got the shipping cost refunded by the online customer service agent, and the product arrived fairly quickly! Target was great in handling all this!

Carrier missing screws, both sizes and corresponding nuts.

The directions are of no help at all...........It tells you "almost" how to put it together...When you get to a critical size or screw size it leaves you hanging..Tried to call for help. No one at our store or mail order, able to help or speak enough English to understand what I needed.......How about some help???????????????????

It has a spring loaded clamp! So useful. Eliminates the need for bungee cord most of the time. Easy to install.
