Great Gift for Dad, also for the DIY Ladies!!! June 20, 2006 Reviewer:  Natalie De Castro Real Name (Trinidad)  See all my reviews >

I bought this as a Fathers' Day present and it was well appreciated. The fact that it has a three angled head made it worth it. It came with a drill bit that has no storage area attached to the screwdriver so it just may lose I believe. Otherwise good buy as I might just use when I need to!!!

one of my favorite items in the world December 23, 2008 Reviewer:  Kabol, Johnathan N. "rhetorics" (Jacksonville, AR United States)  See all my reviews >

this is just about my favorite thing. certainly my favorite tool. it's ergonomical to the hand and has good weight proportion. the angling allows for tight work environments, and it can be either tough or delicate--depending on the setting. and i have purchased a drill set and it works proficiently in that area as well. the other consideration is that bit sets have started coming out designed for this drill. bits that can not only fit regular, more powerful drills (like the powertools for big jobs), but also designed to work with this tool. sporting a modest six volts, i effortlessly drilled six inch screws through 2x4s the other day. a job no electric screwdriver has ever done before. the day after i purchased one for myself, i was very happy with it. that appreciation has only amplified with time. thus far, i've purchased one for my brother in law, and i'm getting one for my father for christmas. currently he has a 18v cordless drill that weighs about as much as a spare tire, this will ease my father's nerves while attempting small jobs and mostly he uses his cordless drill for small jobs. plus, i got him the adapter so he can use this with ratchet bits. great gift idea.

Good tool August 30, 2009 Reviewer:  Ernie (New York, NY, USA)  See all my reviews >

This is a good tool for light household and hobby work. I used this to install window blinds, and it was very handy. Among the pluses, it is inexpensive, lightweight, and powerful enough for wood drilling. I found the clutch settings, dual-speed control, and forward/reverse triggers easy to use. Among the minuses, I thought the chuck did not clamp the hex shank tightly enough - it left a little play in the drill bit. Also, the battery cannot be removed and there is no safety switch so the trigger is always armed.

Some feature notes: the PD600 comes with a slot screwdriver bit, Philips screwdriver bit, and 1/16-inch drill bit. If you want additional drill bits, make sure to get hex shank drill bits. Finally, mine did not come with a tape measure in the handle, as shown in the picture.

Snappy little devil ! June 10, 2008 Reviewer:  Jamie Davis "James Marvin Davis" Real Name (Bristol, Tn/Va)  See all my reviews >

This driver is, for the price, the best screwdriver around. The power and range of motion are top notch. It really is ready when you are. I have done many small and medium projects and it never fails to impress me. Milwaukee and Panasonic make low voltage drivers as well, but they have less torque and are priced at upwards of 75.00 apiece. While they do have changeable batteries and a case. They only generate roughly 40 inch pounds verses 80 inch pounds for the PD600. As for the integrated battery, if you charge only when performance diminishes, it will last for years.
