So, I purchased this kit because it was recommended in the Novemer 2008 issue of SELF for the 10-minute facial (which, by the way, is awesome but does NOT take 10 min). I have uber-sensitive skin --no parabens/preservatives for me-- and this worked really well but I have a couple caveats: it does not remove blackheads or even clogged pores around the nose but does even out skin tone; a little goes a long way; it made my skin red & angry at 1st but quick fix? soak a washcloth with a mixture of COLD whole milk & black tea & drape over face after; it doesn't "tingle," it almost burns a little(!) so DO NOT exfoliate before using & only leave on for the 3-4 min they say; afterward, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate --even for my oily skin, this parched it! It's worth using once a week between facialist appointments. PS, the fan brush doesn't work that well. :(

This peel really works! I have combination/sensitive skin, and even though I only used the product once it made wonders! Make sure you follow the instructions (especially if you have sensitive skin) and I had a little tingling sensation (but no burning) and my face was glowing! My face was so noticabely healthy and glowing people kept asking what have I done to my face. I will keep using it and will definetely purchase it again. And with the unbeatable price, the outcome was priceless!

This product is wonderful! I've used it once everyday for the past 3 days. My acne medication dulls my skin and now my skin is glowing :D It says to leave it on for 5 mins, but i leave it on for 20 since it is such a low concentraion. the reason i gave it four stars is because the brush is crap, it separates alot and by the end of the application i have to use my finger to make sure there is an even coating on my face.

I must say, this product works, but is very mild. The only reason I know it really does work is because I used it twice a day and left it on for 10-20 minutes each time. So if you're skin is sensitive,follow the products directions of 5 minutes every other day and this may be perfect for you. But I don't consider my skin to be that sensitive so the 7% glycolic solution in this product wouldn't do much in the 5 minutes recommended by the product. If you use any other glycolic products (creams, serums) you know they themselves contain 5-10% and you don't wash those off so I figure leaving this on for an extended period couldn't do too much harm.

But I am returning this, because at the frequency that I have to use it to see results, defeats the purpose of there being 20-30 applications which could last a couple months as compared to the month that it would last me.

I was nervous at first just coz i can not even put my own hand on my face without breaking out within hours. So i finally tried it and i can not believe what a difference it makes. I thought i was going crazy and thought that the results were in my head so i called my sister (she is an estitician) and she said that im lucky. I seen results right away. I feel so good and clean. My blackheads are no longer visable. If you are sceptical about this product, dont be. Its is AWESOME! my hubby even got home and said "you look pretty, what did you do?" So seriously, get thisproduct!

This product does work. I have some huge pores on my nose and my cheeks they are smaller now. I do have pretty sensitive skin so I was careful the first time. I decided to leave it on longer and apply more the second time. Good results, and seriously I haven't been able to find a Glycolic Acid peel for this price! Thanks BOOTS! I can't wait to finish the bottle.
