This is an obviously well made car seat. The fabric is really plush and has held up well. It's a very comfortable seat for my 20 month old son. We've taken many a trip with this seat and he is happy as a clam (or cow!!). Yes, it's an expensive seat but worth the price if your using it every day like we are.

I LOVE it! The only thing is the lower buckle is short but there is a circle material leg shield to block your childs legs. It's pretty big so bringing it on an airplane is hard but I did it! =P It's extremely easy to tighten and loosen the straps, and it's easy to move from one car to the next!

I bought this carseat because I was looking for a Britax and this is the fabric I liked best. It is easy to install in the car and it is comfortable for my daughter. I love the crocodile fabric and that it is neutral.I recommend this to anyone looking for a safe convertable carseat.

Ok, I first bought the Boulivard (left review there), took it back and got the Marathon....Love It!!! Glad I switched!! Helpful hint: I drive a Chrysler Aspen (SUV), my middle seat belts don't lock, and I couldn't find a way to install the car seat... well... if you dig under the seat cover you will find the latch belts...Love them...they make it so easy to install the seat. I got it soooo snug, it's not going anywhere! It is also so plush and so soft to the touch. I am very happy we invested in this seat and we are now on here to purchase a second one for my husbands truck!! Hope this review helps, I think you'll love it too.

We've had this carseat for close to 2 years now. We love how solid it is and how secure our son is in it. The only downfalls I would have aren't a huge deal - 1. the cloth has faded at the top of the seat from the hot Florida sun and looks black, and 2. Now that he's gotten bigger and heavier, and how high the seat sits, it's more difficult to get him into the seat. He's getting good at climbing up into it now. We do recommend!

I bought a Britax Marathon for my daughter in November 2006, when she was eleven months old. She is still using it, and she'll be in it for some time to come- it's rated to 60 pounds. In comparison, her older brother (now almost eleven years old) went through three (non-Britax) car seats in the same length of time she has been in her Marathon. Though the price tag is hefty, the longevity of the product makes up for it, as does the sturdiness and superior test ratings. I'm back to buy a second Marathon for her little sister. Once you've owned a Britax, it's hard to go back to using anything else!

I purchased this seat to have when the grand-kids are here with us. I love it now that it is installed. I found the directions for installation not as clear as they could have been, but once that was figured out, it was a breeze. I used the latch system and the car seat is not going anywhere. I feel very secure in putting my grandsons in this seat. I also found the color doesn't show the dirt like lighter colored seats I have had. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a car seat.

Well worth the money. Durable, easy to clean. We have been using it 8 months and it looks like new. My daughter loves it and was so happy to be in a new, comfy seat when she got big enough. No regrets.

Im a first time mother and my baby is currently 9 months and she loves this car seat!! she gets a great view from where she sits,she actually now enjoys car rides, she doesnt cry anymore and falls asleep comfortably at the drop of a dime! I MUST SAY IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO PICK OUT THE RIGHT CAR SEAT as a first time mother im extremely picky and so far i have no regrets on purchasing this car seat.love it.plus easy to install in your vehicle,its worth its price.

This car seat is wonderful. I really cannot think of a complaint other than it is quite expensive:) Our baby is now 12 months and she rides very comfortably in it. I know she is in one of the safest seats too! We also have the Britax boulevard..and I love this one so much more because she is so comfortable in the marathon. Worth the money! I love the fact that it fits perfectly in our vehicle...because the seat is adjustable. No towels...or creative devices needed for bucket seats in the car..!
