I bought this product to keep my daughter warm during cold Wisconsin winters, however, when I went to the car seat check at the fire station, I was told this product is NOT safe to use in car seats(though it says so on the package). They said you should have nothing between the baby and the car seat otherwise the car seat manufactures will not guarantee its safety in a crash. The fire dept/EMS group has actually been working with JJ Cole to make their packaging reflect this. Instead, they recommend the product that snugly fits around the outside top of the car seat and zips up to the baby’s neck. I returned the JJ Cole and bought that instead. It works great for car rides and walks to and from the car. Glad we found out about the “Bundle Me” before we used it with the baby!

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM 2 YREAS AGO , AND IT WAS A GREAT BUY ! YOU DONT HAVE TO CARRY EXTRA BLANKETS, VERRRY WARM & COZY! EVERY ONE WHO WOULD SEE THIS (BUNDLE ME ITEM) WOULD ALWAYS ASK ME WHERE I GOT IT! I HAVE WASHED IT SO MANY TIMES AND IT STILL LOOKS THE SAME. IM ACTUALLY GOING TO GIVE IT AWAY TO A FRIEND WHO IS GOING TO HAVE A WINTER BABY AND BUY MY PRINCESS THE LARGER ONE . BUY IT NOW , STARTING FALL THEY'LL RUN OUT!!!!

i got the pink infant one for my daughter, then i have the pink and gray lite toddler one... its amazing.

now for the moms that believe it isnt safe- do you put a coat on your child in the winter?? because that would loosen the hold of the belt, if you match the belt to the appropriate opening in the bundleme- you should be fine, and tighten accordingly.

my friend and her child were in an accident and her child was FINE in the carseat with a bundleme. parents- you need to make sure you strap your children in properly, dont blame the bundle me- i dont see how an extra cushion is dangerous when your child is actually strapped the right way.

I can't believe they even sell stuff like this that you aren't supposed to be using!! I also bought the most beautiful snowsuit and can't use that either! There is not supposed to be ANYTHING between baby and back of carseat. So, I bought a cover that goes over carseat and use a nice warm blanket and she stays warm. Warm enough that I have to uncover her while we are in the car or she over heats!! Please reconsider, I really wanted to use this too, but my baby's safety comes before cuteness of "stuff"! PLEASE keep your baby safe and use only a cover. Ones that only go around the top of your carseat, held by elastic, work the best, so that you can use the carseat carrier with its base.

I LOVE this. I bought a much cheaper immitation version at another store and finally decided to upgrade to the JJ Cole Bundleme. This is so much better and warmer. My son stays nice and toasty warm in this. I don't even need to use blankets or anything else. Its very easy to install in a carseat or stroller. It doesn't get in the way of the child restraint straps so I feel its safe. Its really perfect for cold winters and I know my little guy won't get a chill.

i live in the chicagoland area, where winters are brutal and i dont know what i would have done without this! it made it so much easier to leave the house. all i needed was this and i usually put 1 blanket over the top since it doesn't zip all the way. that way you dont have to bundle baby up then unbundle when you get indoors. love this!

I bought this for my son a few months before his January birth. I wish I would have remembered it was in his closet before I found it in April following his birth! (I had used a different carrier cover that was a gift.) I wanted the winter to be longer so I could finally bundle my son up in it.

The zipper along the side makes it easy to add/remove the child to the carrier. I wish they made one big enough for adults, too! Cozy!!!

I bought this item almost two years ago and I still love it!! We had originally bought it for our song Jack, who will be 2 in September, and ended up using again in February for our now 6 month old, Jimmie. It is a MUST HAVE for winter babies.
