I LOVE LOVE LOVE these videos, I have had them for 6 months and feel 100% better about myself. Theyre fun, and sexy, and actually work up a bit of a sweat. You do, however, have to repeat the workouts, the videos are about 20 minutes long and she just walks you through the basics. I usually pause the video and continue the sets until I feel that I am ready to move on.

I got these set not to long ago and i really enjoy it. i use it to break up my regualr carido workouts. the first time i did it i was sore! But the routines are fun and the time passes so fast.so not only are u getting a nice workout you are also learning some moves for a S/O ! lol carmen electra is really personable. you just feel like you are learning a dance routine with freinds. i highly recommend it.

I bought this set over a year ago and liked it at the time but then a gym membership took me away for a while. I'm not a dancer but I think eventually I could get pretty good at the routines. They are fun. But my big plug is the #2 Fit to Strip dvd. It is excellent because of the instructor with Carmen. The pacing is not too fast. The exercises work multiple areas at once so you are getting a lot done in a short time. I just love the fact that you're not jumping around really fast with no breaks in between. Some tapes will tell you to get your water but never really allow you any time to drink it. The pacing in this is nice that you won't get behind when you do need a sip to drink and you won't feel like you're going to hurt yourself. You'll be sore afterwards and that is a good thing. But it isn't so advanced that a newbie to exercise can't jump in.

I got this set a few weeks ago just because it looked like fun, I really didn't think it would be such a good workout! The best (and hardest) one was DVD #2 Fit to Strip. I'll be rid of my last few pregnancy pounds in no time! All the DVDs in the set are really fun though. I tell every woman I know about it, it's really great!

I first bought the second DVD in the series, Fit to Strip, and was pleasantly surprised. That DVD gave me a good enough workout to feel sore the next day. I decided to try the original aerobic workout. It barely got my heart rate up. If you're looking for a good aerobic workout, this is not it.

I bought this set when it was first released, and I love it. I have shared it with all of my friends and now they have bought it for themselves. With the exception of two of the dvds, it's not really much of a workout, so if you are looking for a lot of cardio, then look elsewhere. But, if you are out of shape (like me) then it is a decent workout, and it is just plain fun. It isn't hard, or too serious. I get bored with regular workouts, so it's great to throw this in, and my husband thinks it was a wonderful investment as well!

If you are looking for a high intensity workout, skip it. But, if you are out of shape and want something fun to do, while maybe learning some moves to spice things up elsewhere in your life, then it's a great buy. It's easy to do. I have all of the videos in the series, and I really like them!

I am a stay at home mom who hasn't done much exercise in awhile, so for me, it was really fun and got my heart pumping. It probably wouldn't be much of a work out for someone who is already in shape, but for those of us who are out of shape, it is a really fun way to get back into an exercise routine. I am going to purchase the other DVDs in this collection as well.

this DVD was alright. It isn't really for working out, just how to dance like a stripper.

Yeah-I wasnt too impressed with this AT ALL-I acutally returned it. At the end I didnt feel like i had "worked out" or anything-the moves are so easy and boring in my opinion. Its not worth the money, anyone could probably make up a better routine than what is on this DVD. very very dissapointed
