This chair is easy to put together, it's cute and "fits in" almost anywhere. Makes a great book reading chair. It's actually very wide so you can curl up on it and the padding isn't bad for an inexpensive chair. The back is plenty high to provide support even though the overall height of the chair; from seat to floor and from top of cushion up; isn't real high. The actual purple is more of a plum than it shows on the swatch. I'm a larger sized gal, and the chair is holding up just fine for me. Personally, I love it, and may be purchasing another, along with the ottomans.

I purchased this chair with the ottoman, again, sold seperately due to the previous review. Its just the right size for my studio apartment and the cushions stay on with velcro to prevent slippage. Yet, putting it together, i broke a nail. It was hard to get the fabric over the metal frame, and you must get the fabric on first before placing screws, not an easy task. And being washable, i dont know if its worth the effort to take it off again, may lose a finger next time.

I bought this for my counseling office and the clients love it. It's very comfortable, doesn't take up much space, and was easy to put together.
