I was so excited when this arrived and pleased with such fast shipping. My excitement turned to disappointment when I started putting it together. There are huge gashes in one of the legs and the only thing we can figure is they were there before everything was packed up. The holes on the stool where the legs are supposed to screw in don't match up at all. Only one matches up and is sturdy. My husband's going to have to make some adjustments since I don't have the time or patience to deal with customer service, shipping back and forth, etc. I'm quite disappointed in Target. Take the money you would be spending on shipping this to you and get a higher quality set.

I bought this vanity for my wife and she loves it. I didn't have any of the problems regarding gashes in the wood like the reviewer below. While there were a couple minor scratches on a couple of the legs these were hardly noticable except on close inspection. The table and stool are very sturdy and are the perfect size for our medium-size bedroom. Since assembling it, my wife uses it daily and really enjoys having a place to apply her makeup. I would recommend this vanity to anyone looking for a decent inexpensive vanity and/or needs a vanity that will fit nicely into a small to medium size room.

I was pleasantly surprised once I received my vanity. I don't like ordering things on-line, but I made an exception for this item. I read the negative reviews about the product, but decided to order it anyways. It is a perfect size for my room. There is one tiny scratch on the wood, but it is barely noticed. It was easy to put together and I love it. The one thing I don't like is the fabric on the chair, but I had already planned to cover that when I was buying it. It's a super cute vanity for any room!

This is a nice vanity. Rather than buying a small one that would only last a year or two we purchased this for our daughter's 5th birthday. She loves it and it still works for her, even being so young. The only issue we had was that there were several scratches on it that we can hopefully repair ourselves.

Bought this vanity for myself. The dark wood color goes great with the new bedroom furniture set that we bought. It was easy to put together. The one page diagram/instruction could be clearer. One of the legs had cracks in it but it hasn't compromised the stability of it. However, the front right corner is obviously about to fall off. Must have been damaged during shipping and handling.

I ordered this vanity set and received it when promised. It arrived in good condition with a minor scratch on one leg which I can easily cover. My aunt and I assembled it with some minor assistance from my brother. The only complaint I have is that the dimensions were not available in the online information so I was not sure of what size to expect. It looks very nice and is very functional. A good buy for the price.

I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING AND I WAS AFRAID THAT IT CAME WITH SCRATCHES BUT IT DIDN'T. I LOVE MY LITTLE SPACE TO DO MY MAKEUP AND I FREE THE BATHROOM FOR MY HUBBIE.

The color is nice (dark cherry) the stool is nice, the set was easy to put together BUT the mirror is very small. The mirror looks much bigger in this picture when in actuality the mirror is only about 10 inches wide. This looks like a childrens furniture set in my bedroom because of the small size.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was cautious about ording, but glad I did. It arrived unharmed, not one ding or scratch on it. It is beautiful, however it is much darker than what I consider "cherry", but still absolutely worth the money and very pretty. Easy to put together, took me no time at all. It's measurments are a little smaller than the size of the box (they are not listed, and Target could not tell me any measurments on the phone)
