I bought this set and after a few weeks the stiching starting to come apart, even before the first wash. I would not reccommend this quilt set.

Buyer's beware! I bought the entire Preppy Girl Bedding collection for my 8y.r. old daughter 1 yr. ago and have been totally disappointed with it. The design and colors were wonderfully put together but the make of the quilt is very, very poor quality! I had the quilt for 1 week and had already started to see stitching come out and it is very noticable. It's been a year now and a majority of the stitching is gone and have been forced to re-decorate entire room! What a Huge loss of money! Hope this helps!

This set is absolutely adorable and perfect for my daughter. When put together, it looks great. However, beware that the stitching comes apart immediately. It lasted not even 2 days before it started to come apart.
Very unfortunate!

I bought the quilt along with several of the accessories for my 4 year old daughter's big girl room. I loved the colrs and design. We decorated the entire room around the quilt. We have had it a year now and it looks terrible. The stitching on the quilt started coming out after just a few weeks. I wouldn't even let her sit on the quilt for fear that it would happen. I now have to completely redo her bedroom since I can't find anything else to match. I will not buy any more bedding from Target.

I bought this for my daughter's 9th birthday because I thought it was so cute but it has only had 2 washings and almost all of the squares are torn, it is less than 2 years old and it already needs to be replaced. I don't recommend this product.

Like many of the other readers, my daughter and I were also so disappointed. The quilt, by simply being on her bed (my daughter didn't even sleep in her room) came apart after a couple of months. [...]. My daughter and I both were very sad! DO NOT WASTE Your Money!!!!

I bought this entire collection for my daughters bedroom. She loves it! We had a hard time finding something that fit her age and personality but this collection was our answer. I also found some stitiches come out of the quilt which was irritating BUT every other item I purchased is perfect (and has been for 6 months now) I would suggest going with the comforter vs the quilt. My daughter loves her room, it is the perfect space for her now with the help of this collection.

We bought this quilt (sheets, throw pillows & a storage cube) for my 8 year old aughter 2 years ago & it is still in wonderful condition--no fading, no thread loss. We wash it on gentle and dry it on the warm cycle.
My only complaint is that the other pieces are no longer available.
