In hind sight, I should have heeded warnings from other reviewers complaining about crotch buckle, among other complaints, both in trying to move it into other position and in trying to buckle and unbuckle. Buckle issues are only two of the disappointments. Seat DOES NOT recline enough to prevent your little ones head from slumping over and no a travel neck pillow, small toddler pillow or a rolled blanket did not fix this problem. Only had seat installed for three days and went on two trips, one of which was errands leading me to return it. Way too much of a hassle struggling with the crotch buckle. I could hardly get it buckled to hear the snap to know it locked so there was no way she would be able to close it properly. Graco quality has slipped. Colors and cup holder were nice though.
