This vacuum appeared great on the surface, it worked well the first couple times and has some very useful accessories. Unfortunately, the batteries can be overcharged if you leave it plugged in for too long, which basically kills them and render the whole hand vac useless. Does the manual warn you about this? You bet. It was my fault I killed it by leaving it plugged in too long, but honestly who has time to babysit their vacuum. Spend a little more, get a [Brand] that doesn't have this issue, which is exactly what I ended up having to do.
