There is a horizontal line on the upper portion on the picture but the actual item doesn't have it. It's just a screen print of leave patterns, and it looks so cheap. The holes for the hook are not evenly spaced so if you want to use a liner those holes don't match up. After paying the shipping cost, it ended up as an expensive purchase. I could get something better at the store for less. If I know the design is not as pictured I would not have made this purchase.
