I am hoping it was a fluke since other people seem to have good experience with this bedrail and we really need an extra long rail, but ours did not assemble easily. The metal pieces didn't fit in as they should and when we finally got the frame together and put the mesh piece on, it ripped as soon as it was zippered closed. Daugher never even got to use it for one night so i don't know the durability in terms of being pushed against... Going to order a replacement and hope this one was just a bad fluke.
