Very disappointed. I'm a veterinarian with four cats and a dog, so I needed a vacuum that was good for pet hair. When I used the mini attachment on the stairs it didn't pick up the hair so much as move it around. Furthermore, the wand only has one length. You can't shorten it, making it very awkward to vacuum couches and chairs. Overall, this vacuum is not worth the hefty price tag.
