I was extremely disappointed in this item. It was obviously shipped damaged so I do not believe that Target has any quality control. Although the desk appeared sturdy enough every piece had a defect...a noticible defect yet it was shipped to a customer anyway. I would not order any piece of furniture from Target on line without seeing the item in a store first.
