I registered for this item because it looked very plush, and it was! I liked that it also had an automatic bounce. I liked that it got good reviews, until I read through them and realized most of the 5 star reviews were from customers who received a free product. When I assembled the bouncer it had a 'clankety clank' sound that was very obnoxious. My husband and I both messed with it to see it we had assembled it incorrectly. Everything looked great, but just with the slightest bounce it was VERY noisy. Like something heavy was loose in the noise box. I think it was the 'automatic bounce' feature making the noise but it didn't matter if we gently or firmly bounced the seat, it was clanky. That's the only word I can think of to describe it. Wish I would have just stuck with Fisher Price from the get go.
