I was excited about the versatility of this stove. Unfortunately if you attempt to use pots, pans, etc. on the grill it will melt! Called customer service and won't get a new grill until january due to this being discontinued. They told me if you use pots and pans on the grill it melts the grill material. Hard to cook for the family on one small burner. I would recommend just getting the standard two burner stove.
