I had a Conair facial steamer years ago that was awesome. But this one's a piece of junk. It makes no more steam than a cup of warm water. Completely ineffective.

I use this all the time. I own a boutique and it is one of my best-sellers. Beauty hint while waiting for the water to heat add a bag of GREEN tea bag. When heated take out the tea bag and you will have a great way to clean your skin and helps your pores clean out wonderfully.

I had acne for years, went to the dermatologist, and got acutane which you have to go get monthly blood tests to use but it still didn't do anything but dry out my lips. I got this for my birthday in august and by christmas my family couldn't believe how clear my face was. What I had was a face brush like the one in the system, and I would scrub it really good, then with the soap still on my face stick it over the steamer for sometimes double the maximum time on the steamer. I haven't seen these in stores anymore and I really believe it is becasue neutrogena and clearasil payed somebody off.

I recently purchased this item. It is great! I'm not sure what the other reveiwer is talking about. I thought it created plenty of steam! I highly recomend this product if you're looking to soften your skin. My skin got SO smooth and soft! LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!

The steamer only would heat on one side. I found my 15 year old facial steamer and compared. Low and behold the Conair steamer was faulty. I returned it to the store; Target was very gracious.

ok, so i got this the other day because i got a gift card from my boss for target,and it works wonderfully... when the steam hits your face you are so relaxed as it works its magic and makes your skin soft and look extremely healthy.... i used to have acne bad and the first time i used this product i saw a change in my skin and the next day some of my acne was gone. ive been using this for 2 weeks and my skin is smooth, soft, and acne free!!!!!this is the best facial system ive ever gotten!!!:)

This unit really heats up and produces a lot of steam. I'm not sure if the reviewer who stated that it didn't steam well had a faulty unit or what, but mine produces major steam. So much that I couldn't even keep my face over it for 5 minutes!

This is a complete package one can ask for the facial cleansing.I just love this product. I am not a big online purchaser so i was very scared to order it. But now i absolutely loved it.I recommend this to all those people who want a complete package for their facial treatment and cleansing.

I couldn't be more pleased with this facial steamer! I am accustomed to facials and this is just as relaxing for me. It produced more than enough steam to be effective. After the first time, I felt a difference in my skin. I just got one for my best friend!
