Good furniture piece October 14, 2007 Reviewer:  Happy Customer See all my reviews >

We rec'd this as a wedding gift. It went together very easily, and looks great! However, it is a little unstable. It's fine in an adults room, but I wouldn't suggest putting it in a childrens room for safety reasons. It seems like it will last quite a while if taken care of.

Great for baby's room September 21, 2007 Reviewer:  Wendy M. Wenszell "Happy Shopper" Real Name (Fort Worth, TX)  See all my reviews >

I love this peice for my daughter's nursery over 4 years ago. Rather than using the cabinet for a tv, I used baskets to store toys, books, etc. However, it's not solid wood and you get you pay for. I would HIGHLY recommend using the wall anchors in case your little one likes to climb. We had an almost serious accident because I did not use the anchors. We actually purchased a heavy duty anchor from [a home improvement store] and bolted it to the wall. Not really convenient, but I still love this peice for the price.

Another broken leg issue September 19, 2007 Reviewer:  cincysoccermom (Cincinnati, OH United States)  See all my reviews >

I bought this for my teen daughter 5 years ago. It held up fairly well until I had to move it while repainting her room. Like others have commented, moving the piece resulted in a broken leg. I repaired it by adding a piece of hardwood to the inside of the broken leg as a brace and adding l-brackets. This seemd to do the trick, and once again it readily supports the weight of her TV, cable box and dvr player. Next, we'll see how it survives the "first apartment" abuse!

Piece of Junk August 8, 2007 Reviewer:  4kidsmom "Carrie" (Beverly Hills, MI, USA)  See all my reviews >

This piece was a gift for my daughter and was purchased 3 years ago. My husband recently moved it to our new home and one of the legs broke off in the process. I tried to repair it with glue, but so much of the particle board had come off that it was not possible to match the leg up evenly with the body of the armoire. Though the instructions say not to drag the piece, I expect to be able to move my furniture and inch or so without having it fall apart. I do not feel safe putting it in my daughter's room at this point.

Poorly made pressed wood... July 22, 2007 Reviewer:  Jen in NY "Jen in NY" (New York)  See all my reviews >

I purchased this item because it looked very nice in the display and it wasn't over priced. For starters the display in the store was on a very high shelf and it looked much larger and taller than it really was. Then I put it together when I got home and for about a month it was great until I descided to rearrange my bedroom. I lived by myself at the time so I figured let me remove everything in it and push it to were I wanted it (about 4 feet from were it originally was). One of the pressed wood legs snapped right off?!?!? What a waste. The door never really lined up correctly. Please don't waste your money. Invest a little more money and get something of better quality you will be much happier. Mine only lasted about a month. I ended up having to going out and purchase the a newer more expensive one which I should have done in the first place.

Very nice piece April 15, 2007 Reviewer:  Doggy Mom (NC)  See all my reviews >

I bought this piece for my second bedroom to use for extra storage. I wanted something in white to complement the decor of the room and found this one to be a very attractive and well suited for my purposes. It was not difficult to assemble either. For the money, I am totally pleased with this purchase.

MARVELOUS April 13, 2007 Reviewer:  Gorgeous "Living in Style" (KC, MO)  See all my reviews >

I found this Armoire to be simple, chic and country. It fits perfectly for a clean no mess life style. Purchased in 2005 and still looks marvelous. Want clean lines and a beautiful piece for cheap can't beat the Country Lane collection no matter in what finish.

Broken Leg March 14, 2007 Reviewer:  Trash outside my porch (Chico, CA)  See all my reviews >

After waiting 3 weeks to get this item, I opened the box and started pulling pieces out. After having taken everything out, I found a broken piece of leg at the bottom of the box. It was very discouraging to my daughter to find out we had to return it and wait another month before we got anything. Needless to say the pieces didn't fit back into the box [...] At this point, I'm contemplating returning all the furniture I bought-over $500. [...] Not a happy customer. Erika

great for the price January 10, 2007 Reviewer:  Elf1 See all my reviews >

We bought this for our kid's room a few years ago. It functions perfectly and has a very clean look.

It's very easy to put together. The plans for this unit were well thought out. For the money you won't find anything "new" that matches the quality.

As for the people that do not follow directions the unit will be unsafe unless you attach the safety wire to the nearest wall. It took me 5 minutes to do and it remains standing to this day!

Pre teen dream January 4, 2007 Reviewer:  Jill B. "Jill B." (Phoenix)  See all my reviews >

We purchased several items from this collection for our pre-teen daughter and they are all holding up well. There was some trouble with a leg on the armoire, but a little patience and glue have kept it together for nearly a year. Our daughter loves her furniture, and it has held up to the usual childhood abuses. Overall, I'd recommend the items in this collection.
