What you would expect for a dresser of this price

This is a nice dresser for the price, but nothing special. It takes a lot of time to assemble. I have had mine for over a year now and it's still in good shape. The drawers are much smaller than I expected. In my old dresser (same style, higher quality) I was able to put socks and underwear in one drawer but in this dresser I have 2 drawers completely full. If you're looking for a small inexpensive dresser I would recommened this one.

We bought this for our baby room. It was very easy to put together and it looks great in the room! The drawer slide with ease. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is b/c I did not like the finish at first. I thought it would be all white. it is all white but has that wood grain look to it.
It's growing on me though.

We purchased several items from this collection for our pre-teen daughter and they have held up well for nearly a year. A leg was cracked on on dresser and the armoire, but a little glue has held them both together just fine. Overall, a good value for the money.

We bought two of these dressers for each of our kids when they were just 17 months and newborn. To test its durability, we put away the clothes and pulled out all the drawers - it fell right over, so make sure you use the mounting strap that comes with it. When we moved, the dressers were 3 years old and both of them broke (the legs snapped off on one and the sides fell off the other). So, for the price (we got them on sale for $99) they lasted a while. We used wood-glue and they held up o-k for the amount of time.

I bought this for college, I had it two years then I moved into a house...it's falling apart! The drawers continue to get off track daily...it's slightly annoying, good thing it's in my spare bedroom and doesn't get a lot of use. I've had it a total of 4 years now.

Okay, so I purchased this dresser for my daughters bedroom just as a dresser to last a year or two until we get her a "good set". yeah it was cheap, but it didnt even last me two months before the one panel on the drawer pulled away from the rest of the drawer. My husband and I wood glued it back together pretty good and it lasted only another two months before the drawer broke again. To me, it wasnt even worth the $99 (got it on sale) I paid for it. However I gave it more than one star because if yours lasts it is a nice looking dresser.

I put it together, using wood glue like one of the other reviewers suggested. It went very quick with no real problems. It's sturdy, just don't move it without taking the drawers out. The legs will hold as long as you pick it up and don't try "scooting" it across the floor. I bought this with the matching dresser for our bedroom and I like it just fine.

Boy howdy, am I peeved at this shimsham of a dresser! After receiving a second shipment (the first was damaged), I had to lug this heave of mass and nearly broke my back in doing so. (I swear it was nearly 300lbs) Then as I began assembly, the leg broke off! Never again, I tell you! Never again!

Great Drawer

I bought this chest drawer because my previous one collapsed during the Holidays. My hands got swollen putting the drawers in place and assembling the whole furniture. It also took me a day to put it together, but it was worth it. My recommendation is to read the instructions carefully. The drawer guides go in different directions for the left and right sides, plus some are longer for the lower drawers. If you don't pay attention to these details, you may end up sliding the drawers incorrectly and may collapse. I also agree in using Elmer's Carpenter glue to make the piece sturdy. Otherwise, I would have given the product 5 stars.

We bought this chest and the matching dresser on clearance, and they look great in our kid's room. They have enough room for kid's clothing, and are the right size for their room. Assembly was not bad at all, another retailer is much worse. My husband and I put it together in a few hours yes, but mind you we had 2 toddlers running around. I didn't think the items were flimsy, especially when you put clothing inside, but just to be safe we mounted them against the wall. They're great. We expect them to get banged up alot by our 2 kids, but that's why we bought cheaper stuff. Overall, great experience. TIP* Use Elmer's Wood Glue! It works much better!!!
