Loved this item for the price! I had trouble at first getting the software to load, but then I remembered I had to push the M button first. Software loaded right away, and it was VERY easy to use! The color is not as dark as I had hoped, but still a great gift for the price!

I was able to load 70 high quality photos on this within 10 minutes. VERY easy to use! Able to set date,time, alarms, etc without problems. Not sure why the other person wasn't able to load photos...maybe it wasn't compatible with their operating system, but the requirements are listed on the back of the box.

The "plug-n-play" does not work with Vista. I followed the directions and charged for 6 - 8 hours before attempting to use. I even turned it off and started from the beginning of the instructions to load pictures onto the device and the dialog box NEVER appeared on my PC screen. I've tried several times. I will be calling the company during business hours tomorrow to see if the problem can be resolved as this is a gift for my father.

I had to go to four different stores in my area to find this. It was the last one on the shelf when I did find it. The style is much nicer than other digital keychains I found. Here are my negatives about this; I had to read other reviews to learn how to get the software to open - Press M as soon as you plug this into your pc. Also, you have to move a presized box to crop the picture. Your full pic won't fit, but the important parts did in my experience. Go ahead and buy it.

At first I couldn't figure out why the software wasn't loading on the computer when I plugged it into the computer. Then after I read the reviews I figured it out. You have to press the "M" button first. I think it's really cool.The things that I don't like about it are the fact that you can't get it wet and it can't be used to go with your keys and that's why I wanted it.

Yes, it was a little tricky to start up like other reviews have said it before and I did let the unit charge with the USB cable for about 6 hours before trying to connect to the PC, it was a waist of time and VERY frustrating and irritating! I was really upset then I read a review that said to keep pressing the middle button "M" until it showed PC connecting. After I read the review everything it worked and I loved the product! They should write a better manual! Bad start up but now that the product is figured it out it works fine!

I bought this item for my mother for her mother's day gift. She struggles with new technology. I decided after reading other reviews to be sure that any photos I put on this keychain were light so I didn't pick any dark photos.
I charged it, then under My Computer found the item, it started & opened ready to upload one photo at a time.
When she opened her gift, it was easy for her to turn it on & off & to see the images as this was the perfect gift.

Yes, it was a little tricky to start up. I let the unit charge with the USB cable for a night. Then attempted to turn it on. Couldn't do it. So I unplugged it waited a second and plugged it back in and hit the "M" button and "Voila!" The software was easy to figure out, I simply created my own folder on my desktop and dropped all the photos I wanted to use in there and then through the software that came with the photo keychain, I transferred them over. It was a bit tedious to crop each photo, but I was able to do it, so anyone can! I didn't want to give just a mothers day card, this year so this will be just a bit more special and I am VERY happy with the price which seems very reasonable.

This product is way below what I expected:I Took the keychain picture frame out of the box and the usb cable plugged it in and nothing happened ,The computer would not recognize it,took it to my other computer,same result.I'm sensing a pattern,I took the other out of the box and guess what! It didn't work either.Recomendation:Save your money and actually buy a digital picture frame that doesn't have keys hanging on it from the other end.
