Bought the sheets and comforter yesterday at Target. Once we got it home and out of the bag, the first thing we noticed was the really low thread count. The sheets are really rough, and extremely thin material (I can literally see through the sheets). The sheets also had an awfully strong chemical smell. So we washed the sheets and separately washed the comforter following the recommended washing instructions. Both the sheets and the comforter colors bled really bad. We are taking it back today and will go to another store to find a CARS set that is constructed with higher quality materials.

Santa brought this comforter to my daughter (yes my daughter) for Christmas (she's a tomboy). Anyway, I am very pleased with the colors and the quality of this comforter. My daughter loves it. I have seen other Car's comforters and I thought the colors of the other comforters were very bright and loud. I think these are subdued and very pretty. The only thing is now, I can't find is curtains to match it.

I bought this bedding collection for my 2 yr old son. Although it's cute - it definitely looks better online . The colors really are a lot more dull and muted than they appear to be online. Also, I plan to exchange the sheet set for a solid red sheet set that I saw at the Target store because it compliments the comforter better. But all in all- I think the Cars Bedding Collection is still pretty nice .

I loved this set and so did my 3 year old son...however, after the 3rd wash (in cold, gentle cycle, & after using the gentle & low heat drying so it didn't ball up the batting) the color faded A LOT & I was surprised by this. Despite the fading, it helped comfort my son in knowing that his "Car" was near to help him sleep alone. The sheets and pillow case are a bit rough & stiff at first, so make sure you use plenty of fabric softer and dryer sheets to make it soft, they get softer with time.

Initially a good product, but after a few washings, the batting inside the material all balled up in different areas and now it is very lumpy and not very warm. I believe it is made poorly.

We got this for my little boy for his birthday and he loves it. The sheets are soft and the bed spread is reversable. It was wonderful for him!

We bought the comforter, sheet set and Lightning McQueen character shaped pillow for our son in a Target store recently and my son is thrilled.
The thread count is really low on the sheets and comforter, so it's not the highest quality, nor does it feel very soft, but my son doesn't know the difference (he's 4). Plus it's affordable so I really can't complain. I am very pleased with the character pillow however, my son uses it to cuddle with and as a head pillow.
I'd reccomend buying this ensemble here at Target because it's much more attractive than the other Cars bedding sold elsewhere.

Looked at a lot of reviews for this product and almost did not buy! Glad I decided to take the chance. I did wash it first thing because of all the strong dies. It washed up great and looks great too! Colors are mcuh better thank most character beds

After reading the reviews,I almost didn't give the comforter a try, but this was the one my grandson wanted. It turned out so nice. The colors are as pictured and it came out of the washer/dryer fuffy, soft and in perfect shape. Great value.
