I ordered this quilt for my four year old son and we are both very pleased with it. Like most of the character "quilts" it is basically a comforter with stitching. It is made to fit a twin and full size bed, so it is bigger than I expected. The packaging says it is 72in.by 86in. However, it also is 100% cotton, so I don't know if it will shrink to be smaller than that when washed. I really liked the wide variety of rich and muted colors. The dark blue (and back) are navy. The med blue in the checker pattern is lighter grayish, navy blue not a very bright blue like some sets. The design also contains a muted sky blue, a brighter sky blue, and a deep primary blue. There is both a deep red and a rust red. The orange is a little lighter/muted than I expected, but still looks great. The quilt does match the sheet set that is a part of this collection at Target. I bought the sheet set for the pillowcase since there was no sham. However, I bought red sheets also to provide some contrast. The material is pretty good quality for a kids set. [...]

Great alternative for summer instead of having to use the Cars comforter all year long. Fits great on a twin size bed.

I bought this for my 4-year old son's new full-sized bed. The package states it's for a twin/full. It is actually quite a nice quilt. It could be a little bigger to fit the full-sized bed all the way around, but it will work. I'm impressed with the quality of it. Usually kids bedding is cheap/chinzy, but this is pretty nice. I did wash it before I put it on his bed and it washed quite well. The colors are very nice and my son loves it.

As much as my soon to be 3 year old would love to have a great big Lighting McQueen splashed across his bed, the rest of us still have to look at it as well. I found this to be a milder version. It has enough colors to choose from, so there are lots of options as to what to do with the rest of the room. I highly recommend.

I got this quilt for my sons new room and he really loves it. I liked it because of the look and it is not to much like some of the other cars bed sets out there.
