I bought the black dispenser and it was worth the money. My middle and last child are too short to reach the cereal on the fridge or in the pantry so we needed something they could get themselves. It works great and because they eat so many cereals I will purchase another one. Now only if they would make something to make it easier for kids to get milk b/c again my children are too small to lift a half gallon let alone a full gallon of milk w/o making a mess.

I bought this in black and was really excited about adding this to my kitchen counter because I thought it looked really cool, only to find out the dispensing wasn't as smooth as I expected it to be. I filled one side with fruit loop and the other with honey roasted. The one with the fruit loop cereal was harder to dispense, I had to turned it back and forth in order for it to dispense and limit the crushing to where the honey roasted cereal dispensed smoother because it contained a lot of small particles. I really liked this dispenser a lot and will not be returning this item just because of the dispensing. I guess I'm only keeping it for the look. Everyone who camed over to my house had complimented on the appliance and had said that they will be owning one soon. I would still recommend this item to anyone!!!

sturdy, colorful, space saving. keeps cereals fresh for about 4 wks in the containers if you keep the cap on.
sometimes hard to get top off to fill
