A nice piece of furniture

I bought this bar when it was on sale and had free shipping, which is the only way I considered purchasing. It's a solid piece of furniture, although a piece of trim on the top of the bar came loose during assembly. I clamped and glued it and it seems to be fine. I didn't like the drawer pulls on the drawers so I replaced them with chrome pulls. Overall, this bar was perfect for me because it fit the space in my dining room, and had storage spaces for everything I needed. The big drawback: The wineglass rack is an odd size, and it's nearly impossible to find glasses that can be stored there. We don't use it because our glasses don't fit.

A poorly finished unit

We eagerly awaited the arrival of this bar which actually looks quite good in the picture. When it arrived I was very disappointed to find the bar's lacquer finish was poorly distributed with runs and drips, the panel inserts (not shown in the picture) are very thin poor quality wood pieces of the kind used to floor drawers or boxes. This ruins the effect of the piece. You have to actually hide the other side of the bar against a wall to avoid having it seen.
The overall quality would correspond to a unit costing half the price, and shows poorly indoors. I was very disappointed in the buyer who brought this purchase to Target. It does not meet the quality standards of the other pieces we have bought from Target for our home. Pass on this one.

We didn't like this item at all. First of all it has lots of scratches and damaged corners. Second, time consuming assembly. The drawers are very cheaply made. The glass holder are an odd size and the wine galsses that we have don't fit. If my husband was willing to disassemble it, I would send it back in a heart bit.
