Beautiful Duvet, yes even with the yellow border! October 26, 2008 Reviewer:  Kristy (Renton, WA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this duvet for my guest bedroom. I went to view this in the store first, and although I was also surprised by the celedon colored border, I thought it looked beautiful. I have done my whole room with black furniture, and yellow/celadon accents, I also bought dark gray sheets, and the decorative pillow shown at the store (it's yellow/gray with a big flower pattern on it, really pretty). The room looks great. The Duvet has a nice thread count and doesn't look cheap. The only possibly bad thing about this set is that it apparently is not machine washable, which I didn't know either. I haven't tried to wash it yet. Will probalby stick to dry cleaning it.

Not white October 15, 2008 Reviewer:  Trendy Shopper "Sara" (Plano, TX United States)  See all my reviews >

While the quality is VERY nice....the color is NOT white. I painted a room white and it's almost cream against it. Also the "celery" trim is really more like a light pea soup green. I couldn't find ANTHING to match it.
Bottom line, nice quality, but I would go to the store anf look at it in person before buying it.

beautiful... but disappointed July 4, 2008 Reviewer:  Stacy Fitzpatrick Real Name (Tooele, Utah, USA)  See all my reviews >

When I found this duvet cover online I immediately fell in love with it and ordered it without reading any of the reviews. What a big mistake. First, it was on backorder for nearly two months and when it finally arrived I was very diasppointed to see that it wasn't black/white. Instead, it was brown/cream with an unusual shade of green piping(almost gold). Now that I have read some of the other comments I am glad see that other individuals had some of the same complaints that I have. It wasn't what I wanted or needed for my bedroom. However, it is a beautiful duvet cover. I just wish I had been more careful before ordering it.

Very designer product for portion of the price September 30, 2008 Reviewer:  Jacksonville Tiger "D'" (Jacksonville, FL)  See all my reviews >

I absolutely love the design and quality of this duvet cover. It gives you the quality and design of something you would normally pay $200 to $300 in a modern design store [...]. I have had this duvet for about 3 months now and truly love it. In my opinion I would not recommend cleaning it yourself - it really should be taken to a drycleaners instead to preserve the quality and colors. Thanks Target for providing a thrifty shopper like me another wonderful product!

impressive April 1, 2009 Reviewer:  Lil (NJ)  See all my reviews >

I am so happy w/ this purchase. Mine too was a true black and white design. The green piping is a hard color to describe, mine has brown qualities to it. I have a deep sage color on the walls and it's not matchy-matchy, but it does not clash.
So far, so good w/ washing. It is a thin fabric, so if your duvet is a color other than white, it won't necessarily show through, it'll make your white less bright.

Gorgeous! February 26, 2009 Reviewer:  pocahontas "pocahontas" (San Diego, CA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this duvet set for our master bedroom and have received so many complements on it. It is gorgeous. There must be some discrepancies in the fabric because my set is definitely black/white. Some say theirs was cream/dark brown but mine isnt. Also, I love the celery green piping, it makes it look very designer. I found an awesome big celery green throw pillow to tie it all together. I always make sure to wash the shams/duvet together in case of any fading but havent noticed any yet and I have washed it about 4 times already. I love it, thinking about buying another one for the future.

Beautiful! September 2, 2008 Reviewer:  TXNative2 See all my reviews >

For the price this is an amazing focal point for my room! I purchased this duvet on Sunday at my local store. There must have been quite a few of dylots for this trim. The one I purchased has a celery color binding. The fabric is soft and yummy! Even my kids thought it was kewl!

Anyone else think the cover is HUGE? July 2, 2009 Reviewer:  G. Pederson "GP" Real Name (Chicago, Il, USA)  See all my reviews >

I love the print, it looks really classy, but does anyone else notice how extra-big the full-queen size is? I have a true queen duvet and this cover swamps it. The pillow cases are way larger than a full-queen size as well. Reconsidering if I should return it or not as I'd have to buy bigger pillows, etc. I would say for someone looking for a more green hue on the trim should expect more of a tan color than celery. But, it is a cheap, pretty stunning look overall.

Fades after first washing May 31, 2009 Reviewer:  A. Patrick "designgirl" Real Name (Brooklyn, NY)  See all my reviews >

I just received this duvet set last week. I washed it immediately (I do think I washed it in warm water). The design on the shams did not fade, but the duvet cover design did! The black is not as crisp and black as it was originally. If this was exchangeable, I would take it back. I do agree that the ground color is more of a cream than a white (which is fine with me) and it does wrinkle. I ironed the shams, as the lt. green trim seemed to caused it to shrink. The shams looked fine after ironing. But all in all, I do really like the design and the colors. Note that the cover is over-sized, which I like.
Note: I have decided to return it. The fading bugs me too much.
