Excellent Deal March 7, 2008 Reviewer:  customer See all my reviews >

I have had this set for a little over a year now, but have probably made at least six or seven airplane round trips and five - ten road trips. And I stuff the suitcases full!
There is one small tear on the outside of the exterior material, which happened on the first trip I made! But to the bags credit it has not further unraveled and I have had no other problems.
I am really happy with my purchase. My mother warned me that I should just save up and buy one really "nice, expensive, well-made," suitcase, but why do that when you can get 4-6 peices for less of a price that hold up just fine?
I highly reccomend this product.

buyer's beware June 9, 2008 Reviewer:  NewBrideInCharlotte "NewBride" (Charlotte NC)  See all my reviews >

I am afraid I went for the name on this one. Eddie Bauer does NOT specialize in luggage. Although the pieces held up to and fro our honeymoon, one shoulder strap recently snapped on a piece. The wheels are small and hard to manuever around the lines in customs and such. The overall quality looks and feels cheap. Very dissapointing as the set was a wedding gift from a bridesmaid.

Don't Buy This! August 25, 2007 Reviewer:  Recent Bride (PA)  See all my reviews >

I received this for my wedding shower. I took two pieces of it on my honeymoon...and, already, a zipper ripped on one, and the other one was torn. I am very disappointed, and I don't suggest anyone else buy this. I am in the process of discussing compensation with Target.

Poor quality November 12, 2008 Reviewer:  Scott (Knoxville)  See all my reviews >

The outer fabric is thin, weak, and has torn. The plastic framing inside the fabric broke on one of my pieces and the suitcase will no longer stand on end without tipping over. It looks nice, but is too cheaply manufactured to withstand the rigors of travel. Eddie Bauer typically allows returns of their merchandise, but will not accept a return of the Target marketed items. Perhaps E.Bauer has little influence on this item's quality.

disappointed August 8, 2008 Reviewer:  Andrea See all my reviews >

While the set initially looked nice and had a lot of pieces, the overall construction was kind of flimsy and cheap. We've owned our set for less than 2 years and are light travellers (maybe 2-3 trips per year requiring a suitcase). The front panel on the suitcases are thin, which allowed items in the flip side, inside mesh pocket to get mangled. Also, 2 zippers have already fallen off. And it was kind of inconvenient to only have a large suitcase and a small carry-on. there is no intermediate size. I was disappointed with this set and am looking for a new one.

Just OK May 19, 2008 Reviewer:  Jlkmustang "Julie K" (Los Angeles, CA)  See all my reviews >

This is a great deal for the price. I've had this luggage set about 2.5 years and the 29" suitcase is looking pretty sad. The zipper on the front zipper pocket broke after 2 years, so I had to safety pin it shut. Now both primary zipper pulls (to the main compartment) have been sheared off. One to the point that there is nothing to attach a new zipper pull if I wanted to. The last time I traveled, the little rings on the zippers that match up to be locked were squished during travel and I had to use pliers to get them back in place so I could close the suitcase again.

Again, a great deal, but not durable if you check your baggage a lot.

Well Built, but small March 10, 2008 Reviewer:  mike (CT)  See all my reviews >

Be very careful, the larger items are smaller than I thought they would be. Check the dimensions carefully. Even expanded it is not much deeper than my hand. The smaller upright looks like a good sized carry on. Other than my suprise to the smaller than anticipated size, I am happy with the product. Color is between a sage and a forest green, and it appears to be very well built.

Great Set! September 13, 2007 Reviewer:  Happy Mom (Seattle, WA)  See all my reviews >

My husband and I got this as a gift for our wedding anniversary. It is a great set, and very durable. We took it to Europe and it survived the many baggage handlings without a beating. I was surprised to find this quality from a Target set. Highly recommended.

Great Set, Great Value September 18, 2007 Reviewer:  Concerned Mom See all my reviews >

I bought this set after deciding that it was time to upgrade my previous Eddie Bauer set. My 3 kids put it through a quality test this past vacation bouncing on them, hiding in them, and dragging them down the stairs. They held up perfectly and I have had no problems with them. Eddie Bauer knows how to make quality products. I highly recommend this set!

This Luggage is the Best February 27, 2008 Reviewer:  Elliot's Mom See all my reviews >

I really needed new luggage and decided to get this set. It is so nice and well made. I used it when I went on a cruise in November and it held up great. I love that the larger pieces have heavy plastic pouches that snap into the insides. Those are nice for your cosmetics, etc. The price made it even better.
