I purchased two sleeping bags as a requested bridal shower gift. They came beautifully packaged in handy storage bags. They are high quality and great to look at. I am sure plenty of "Happy Camping" will be done.

These aren't as nice as something from REI or another outdoor specialty store, however they are good bags for the price. My husband I got two of them from as wedding gifts. We just went camping where the temperature was in the teens at night. We had to use a down comforter on top of them, but that's because it was super-duper cold. I think they would be great at warmer temperatures. They are soft and cozy, and I didn't find their construction to be cheap. My only complaint is that although they zip together, and the removable top parts zip together, you can only attach the top part on one side if it's zipped together. For a single bag, though, it's fine. Lots of options for warmer/cooler camping.

Don't get me wrong - it looks like a very "nice" sleeping bag...but appearance can be decieving.
One of the very first things i noticed straight off the bat was the poor quality in stitching - there were open ended threads and loose ended pieces of fabric everywhere!!! I've seen garage sale sleeping bags with better quality than this - how disappointing.
Returning it tomorrow ASAP

I bought this bag knowing the May nighttime temperatures in the North GA area would be hovering around the mid to upper 30's. I brought an extra Hudson Bay 5-stripe blanket just in case but I didn't need it. I placed the bag over an air mattress in a tent. I actually started out sleeping between the black liner and the outer shell but the temp dropped and I woke up a little cold. As soon as I realized I wasn't in properly, I made the correction and slept comfortably warm the rest of the night. Material is soft and the layers are a good idea to be able to adjust for temp changes. Plenty of room for my 5'6' 140 lb frame. I recommend this for tent camping and the zipped canvas case is a bonus.
