LOVE THE LAMPS. I was a little apprehensive after reading a few of the reviews with almost a few people saying the same things however I loved them so much that I was willing to take that chance and if I had a problem with the order then I could just simply return them. When they arrived, I opened the box and without even seeing the lamps I knew they were perfect because of how secure they packaged it. After removing everything they placed in the box to secure it, I then grabbed the lamps and they were PERFECT. No dents in the shade. The chocolate brown matched perfectly with my bedroom furniture. I ordered two to go on both of my night stands. I was a little afraid that the lamp shade would be a white color as it looks online but it came out to be a perfect color and once the light is turned on, the shade looks like a slight brownish gold. VERY NICE!! They do wonders for my room. Its an art sculpture and lamp all in one. In a bedroom, your lamps are suppse to be eye catching and these are IT!!! The price is incredible because the lamps look much more expensive than they are sold for.

This is a great lamp, looks the part and makes a table top look very interesting. Unfortunatley the shade was buckled in the box, I just turned that part to the wall, no one see's it.

I bought two of the lamps for each of the nightstands in our bedroom. They are awesome for the price paid. They arrived in perfect condition-no dents or scratches at all!! They are also very easy to put together! They go perfectly with the new modern bedroom furniture that we bought from [..]. The only thing is that it can use a 3 way light bulb, but the energy saving light bulbs that are 3 way don't fit. I had to use a regular 100watt energy saving bulb, but it worked out fine. I thought that the lamp was going include a lightbulb, but I didn't get any. Otherwise a great product!

I was a bit nervous to order these lamps because of all the dented shade reviews.However when i saw these lamps on HGTV's Color Splash i decided i would change the shade if they came damaged.I got them today 4 days earlier than the estimated delivery time and they were perfect not a dent or bump in sight they are very contemporary and yes the shade is taupe it even sais so on the box and im not sure why anyone thought this lamp was black it is a rich expresso brown.The true test was when my friend guessed i paid way more for the lamps,also the description sais it includes a 150watt bulb but it doesn't.

I absolutely love this lamp! It is a very very dark brown so it can be used with either black or brown furniture! I highly recommend it and mine came in perfect condition!

looks almost nothing like the picture. the base of the lamp is brown not black, and the lamp shade is definitely not white. the lamp shade is also HUGE...it takes up a lot of space for something that is ultimately not that cool. i bought these for my bedroom, but they now reside in my guest room so i don't have to look at them that often. the picture portrays a lamp much funkier than the ones i ended up with.

I LOVE THIS LAMP!! I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MODERN PIECES BUT MOST OF THEM ARE OVER THE TOP EXPENSIVE. I SAW THIS AND HAD TO HAVE IT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE UPSET THAT IT IS NOT BLACK. THE DESCRIPTION SAYS ESPRESSO!! ALSO THE SHADE IS NOT WHITE BUT IF YOU REALLY LOOK CLOSE AT THE PIC YOU CAN TELL IT IS NOT. LOVE THE LAMP AND WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER ONE!

I searched for a unique lamp for months but everything I found was over-priced. When I found this one I was so excited. Many of the reviews said the shade was dented or did not sit right, but mine was perfect and I LOVE IT!!! It matches my decor perfectly!! Now if only I can find a table to put it on that I love just as much :-)......

We loved it so much we are getting another one. It came very quick and was in perfect condition. I have seen this exact lamp in the background on HGTV's color splash need I say more??

This lamp is AWESOME! It is exactly what I wanted and I could not of asked for more suited lamp to the decor of my bedroom. It has benn desribed in reviews as not being white being more of a taupe color, that the shape of it makes the cord come out at a weird angle, that the lamp shade does not sit level and that the lamp shade may come dented. All of these things were true in the case of my lamp too but I am still more than thrilled to have it! I guess knowing what to expect made the bitter pill easier to swallow. So knowing all these facts about the lamp you are now an informed buyer. Enjoy.
