I highly recommend this book! I bought Harley's other book, but this one offers way more recipes. I love how everything is cheap, quick, and easy. It was a realistic plan for me to follow that gave me great results. I love the workouts and the meals! I was already a healthy weight to begin with, so losing wasn't easy for me. I'm now down to my goal weight and in the best shape I've ever been in. Give it a try!
