This comforter was the biggest waste of money! I read the reviews and they were all great, so I bought it. I believe those people wrote the reviews too soon. I only had the comforter one month on my bed and the batting started to come through tiny holes all over the bed! They actually look like lint, but when you pull them, the whole piece comes through the hole and rips it. Very poor quality!!

I love this comforter. The color is beautiful as well as the design on both sides. One side is floral like and the other is striped. Anyways I washed this once and there was little white things all over it. Looked like lint at first but after looking at it closely it looks like the inside of the comforter was coming out. It took alot of patience and some small scissors but it looks good now. I would definitly recomend but make sure it you dryclean it. I made the mistake of using my own washer. O well.

After adding a 4" memory foam topper to out mattress, our old comforter didn't cover the mattress anymore, so I bought this comforter since it was "oversized". I was pleasantly surprised to find that it easily covered the mattress all the way around, and is very well made, with piping on all 4 edges of the comforter, so you can reverse it and turn it around for better wear. It is cotton, which makes it more comfortable for us here in the South. I love the design of the shams, with zippers on the ends instead of the split in back that never stays closed! Fieldcrest hit a home run with this one!

I bought this set and it was wrinkled out of the package. Thought it was just due to packaging. I washed it yesterday. MAJOR WRINKLES! Also, little pilling all over it. It looks [bad]. I recommed you pass this one up and find something that wears better.

Just redid our master bedroom and ordered this chocolate comforter. We love it!!! It is probably the softest, most comfortable comforter we've ever had. It's not too heavy... just the right weight for optimum comfort. The color is very rich, it is definitely oversized, so there's no problem with covering a thicker mattress. The fact that it is reversible with a striped design on one side and a floral design on the other makes it that much better. I would definitely recommend, and am even considering ordering an extra to have on hand if or when this one wears out!

We got this as a wedding gift and absolutely love it. We have not had any problems with pilling, holes, or wrinkles like some of the reviewers. It is very pretty, soft, and warm. It is oversized as the description states, which is a definite plus in my book. We also got the matching sheet set (and sham covers) which looks wonderful and is great as well.

This WAS a beautiful comforter for a little over a month and I'm now having the same problem another reviewer had. What looks like little pieces of white lint all over the comforter turns out to be the stuffing coming out. I found this out when I tried to pick a piece off, now I have a nice sized hole on the comforter. Definitely will not be buying this brand again--very disappointed.

Looked great when brand new. After a time, even before washing, the white fill inside was coming through the outside fabric. When you try to pick them off, more comes through causing holes in the fabric with big white tufts of fill. If you want this to last longer than 3 months, I would not recommend.

I will never buy this brand again. I agree with other comments with regards to the stuffing coming out of the comforter. We have not even washed it yet and the stuffing is already coming out. I would not recommend this item, even if it were much cheaper!
