We purchased this for my 3 year old daughter and it is the best investment we have ever made! It is something she can easily sit and do on her own, or I can sit with her for a more interactive learning experience. We have postponed putting her in daycare/preschool because I enjoy staying home with her so much, but I was worried she wasn't getting the experience she needed on basic computer skills. This is a great tool for teaching not only how to use a computer, but also all of the learning centers are great for practicing her writing, math, art, music and science skills, plus it has games to make learning fun and even a field trip she can go on and interact with all of the farm animals. I thought the pen mouse would take some practicing (as it did for me!) but it is perfect for her little hands and she took to it instantly. I would definately reccomend this product to anyone considering purchasing it. I have looked at simular products and none of them are as all-encompassing as this one is. Worth every penny and then some!!!!

My son received this as a gift for his 2nd birthday. He loves it. He'll spend hours on it if I let him. Teaches him great hand eye cordnation. It's amazing how many activities he can do on this...best of all there are may activities that he'll be able to grow into. I see him playing with this for years to come.

I'm pretty well disgusted with Fisher Price, as this is the second Fisher Price computer style toy I've encountered that only operates on a PC. Looks like a great toy, great reviews, but get with it, Fisher Price, and make your toys compatible for Mac users.

I bought this for my twin grand-daughters who were almost 3 at the time and now are almost 4. They love it and learned so much so quickly. I love the way each girl gets her own homeroom, some of the activities are personalized and each girl can save her work. It makes learning a lot of fun. The girls just started pre-school and were able to exhibit their computer skills in the computer lab class! I am giving another one to my other granddaughter who is resisting all learning toys. I think this will help a her! I would highly recommend this toy to parents/grand-parents who are looking for a good quality learning toy.

Although there's already another review about this toy being not Mac compatible- we want to be heard too!!! We received this as a gift for our son and we're very disappointed that we can't use it on any of our computers (all Macs). It shouldn't be hard for Fisher-Price to include a mac-version in the CD-ROM!!! It is a small software addition that would make so many customers/recipients happy!!

We bought this toy for our 2 1/2 year old son for Christmas. I was a little hesitant at first because we have had alot of problems with "learning type" toys in the past, they just didnt hold his interest. Needless to say I was wrong in thinking this would be like the others. This is his favorite toy he has ever recieved. He will sit on it for hours at a time. He is able to turn it on and off by himself and find what it is he wants to play on it. A week after Xmas he had learned his shapes and is now learning his ABC's. The paint tool is probably the funnest thing. I even like playing with it. Lol. I would tell everyone to get this computer in a heartbeat. I havent bought any of the add on software yet, but his birthday is coming and I will then.

We got this wonderful toy for our 3 yr. old and she can already spell 3 letters in her name since Christmas. Our 20 month old is following right along also. This was so easy to teach her how to turn it on and sign in, she feels like the older kids. Great for gearing up for pre-school.

This was purchased for my 3 year old son for Christmas. The second I set it up he was hooked. He loves to come into my husbands office and "work" on his computer. Best purchase to date.

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and my 5 year old son, along with the Leapfrog TAG and i just HAD to give it to them for an early Christmas gift..and let me tell you the Cool School is outstanding!! My son had been having some writing problems, within one week GONE!! And he loves playing on it, no pressure because he gets to do this on "his" time. My 4 year old daughter is learning MATH!? This truly is the best gift/toy/educational item i've even seen, and the Leapfrog TAG is an extremely close second!! I have never seen my children sit down for 2 hours and pay full attention to ANYTHING, there are so many different "stations" the kids can go to to learn and have fun. Well worth every penny!!!
