This was very easy to put together! I'm a women and put it together in about 10 min. Its also very sturdy and looks good. It is a little smaller than I had thought. I think the ages are from 3-10. I would say from 1-5. My 4 year old is taller than this is. But I bought it for my daycare and it fits my needs perfectly. Holds about 12 books nicely ( 3 in each row )

This item was extremely easy to put together. Came with its own tool and was put together in 20 min. I agree with the previous reviwers that it is a bit small, but the larger ones cost so much more. We are able to fit about 25 books into this book holder. Yes, 25! However, they are doubled and sometimes tripled up on top of each other, but it's better than them being on the floor. My 3 year old loves it and has an easier time chosing stories for bedtime now that he can actually see what we've got. I can see that when he outgrows the boardbook stage we will be able to fit even more books in. Something you could even keep in a closet when your child gets too old to have it displayed in his room.

we got this for our 3 years olds bedroom,he loves books and has lots,it was super easy to put together took all of 10 minutes by my self..
The only fault is its on the small side,but my son loves it and can choose his books and put them away.
We havent had the problem of them falling out on to the floor,i put the larger books on the bottom and smaller on top and its worked great for us.
No more books all over the floor and fits perfect with his room decor...
We are going to buy a 2nd one so they stand side by side..

I bought this little bookshelf because I thought it looked cute and I needed something to organize my son's books in his bedroom. It was easy to put together and did look very cute once I was done. However, the canvas pockets are not very deep, and, when you put books in, they flop forward. I managed to put about 15 books in (re-arranging the books as they fell out, or flopped forward) However, the minute my son tried to pull a book out, others flopped foward and fell out, knocking out the books in front of them so that most of the books fell on the floor. He would never be able to put away his books on his own, which is what I was hoping he would be able to do. I'm returning this one and getting something more appropriate for a toddler.

I bought this book display for my 20 month old. He has a ton of books and I wanted this to easily display his books. It was really cute and easy to put together but it just didn't hold enough books so I was a little disappointed. All in all it's a good product, it just doesn't hold many books.
