I have to rate this table only 3 stars. I ordered two tables and one of them had a dime size area on the second tier of the table (the all wood round portion) that was repainted in a dark red (I'm not kidding). That table appeared to have been repacked as the packaging was careless with this piece of wood. The other table was almost perfect with only one slight nick that shouldn't be noticeable. As as far as the assembly...I actually did not experience problems as I tightenend the screws evenly and didn't tighten all the way until I had all sides lined up. I am still keeping the table with the small painted portion because it is on the second level and I've already placed some magazines there which completely cover that area anyway. All in all, the tables look very cute and with the glass centers on top, they add a wonderful decorative touch. These tables were made in China. I would just tell you that you may still want to order them if you have a Target close by and are willing to gamble on the table being in pretty good condition---since they are very nice looking once put together and the price is right. They are currently returnable to any Target store so your risk may be small. This is specially true if you can get the table(s) with free delivery. My husband and I ended up really liking how they looked in our media room and they appear to serve a good purpose in holding a drink (on a coaster to protect the wood of course) as well as a lamp and magazines on the lower level.

This table would look perfect with my decor, but it is very poorly constructed.

The holes in the legs were drilled in such a way that the table is lopsided and wobbles --A LOT. The holes for the cam locks were not drilled properly, and only one of four will lock. The plugs that cover the screws fall out of the holes since the holes are too big, the finish on the table has large (4 to 5 inch long)drip marks,the tops of the legs are not flush to the table top, and they are rough and splintered-not sanded, and the table top is cracked along the side.

I feel that target saved the defective product to send to internet customers since they can't see the product before purchasing. This is my first and last purchase from here.

We ordered these end tables to go beside our bed. The tables came and were easy to put together using our own tools(the allen wrench provided was very awkward to use).
The cam fastners were not the best quality but the end result was satisfactory. These tables look lovely beside our bed and we are pleased. They are well worth the price.

The table looks nice but the glass doesn't fit! Having likely to contact actual company. Basically a pain- Don't want to sand table for fear of sanding off color. Off on one side by 2-3 mm. Bummer.

The glass was streaked, cloudy and scratched; nothing would clean it. Half of the table legs were stained over rough cut, unsanding wood on the lower end of the legs. One leg had stain lifting were it was stained over debris. Other nicks and scratches in the wood were also present and stained over.

On the recommendation of customer service we ordered another set - it wasn't any better. Target was great with the return and scheduling UPS to pick it up. It was a hassel to package all the pieces and seal the four boxes.

I ordered after reading the other possitive reviews, I was suprised by the poor quality. Although the style is great,I felt it looked like cheap furniture and I wouldn't recommend buying the tables.

I used one of these tables as a bed side table, which fit perfect. However, the glass (which has a smoky haze) did not fit inside the top and the wood caps that hide the screws did not fit. Overall the table was easy to assemble, but if I had not already removed the item from the box and assembled it, I would have returned it.

This table is great with a great price. Easy to put together too. Item exactly as pictured, nice dark color. Arrived at my door within a week. Sturdy and looks more expensive than what it is...can't beat it!

If you are looking for stylish and a place to set a lamp on then this is an excellent choice. The quality is obviously not what you would find at a Thomasville or Art Van furniture store but it sure looks nice. The glass top moves around and doesn't fit perfectly but no one but the person assembling it would even notice. I have it on carpet and it feels pretty sturdy. As for the assembly my husband had no problems with anything and nothing was broken. I would recommend the table to others.

I was pleased with the purchase of this end table. I was very skeptical from the previous reviews but glad I made the purchase. If you have never assembled furniture the instructions may overwhelm you, but I have assembled several pieces before & this went up in less than 15 minutes. I only gave this product 4 stars because one of the cam locks (locking mechanism that supports the leg of the table) crumbled in two pieces when I turned to lock it in place with my screwdriver. Fortunately Lowe's carried the exact piece but I had to spend $5.00 for a bag of 4! It looks just like the picture.
