cloth diapering July 31, 2007 Reviewer:  Addicted to cloth diapers "Laura" (St Paul, MN)  See all my reviews >

I have used a few different types of prefolds. These are kind of big. They didn't fit my son when he was two months, but better now that he is three months. These also seem to trap in poo oder more so than the 100% cotton ones. I think it is because of the polyester sponge in the middle. They also have been pilling. I like the Gerber 6 pack diaper service ones better if I am buying something inexpensive. I have been using those longer and they haven't retained any oder. I use them with a thirsties cover, which I really like.

Great for burp cloths November 1, 2007 Reviewer:  S. Berthold "ferretkingdom" Real Name (Florida)  See all my reviews >

I don't use these as ciapers, but rather as burp cloths and to lay down over my changing table so i do not have to wash the changing pad cover every day as my daughter has reflux and spits up a lot.

As burp clothes, i don't think it gets much better than these. they are big enough and absorbent enough for spit ups, and they wash easily and hold up well.

I haven't ever cloth diapered, but i'm not sure how well these would work for that. As i mentioned i keep one down over my changing pad, and the couple of times my baby has peed while i had her diaper off it has gone right through and i had to wash the terrycloth cover under it too.

Doesn't seem very absorbent for stuff like that, but they are THE BEST for burp cloths!

NOT a diaper July 27, 2007 Reviewer:  momma2james (USA)  See all my reviews >

These may work well as burp cloths but I can't believe they still market them as a diaper. I bought these with the intention of using them to diaper my son but they are no better than pinning a washcloth to him.

Excellent! June 6, 2007 Reviewer:  Jenny C. (Marion, NC)  See all my reviews >

These make great burp cloths! Very absorbant in the middle and large enough to cover your entire shoulder while you carry baby. We are using disposable diapers, but still wanted these for burp cloths because they work so well. They also make great dust cloths after baby is past the spitting-up stage.

Great burp cloths December 27, 2006 Reviewer:  M is for Mommy "Michelle" (City of Angels and others, CA)  See all my reviews >

I didn't use these for diapers but for burp cloths. They're great for spit ups and very absorbant. I don't think you need to go buy something fancy for baby's spit ups. You get a dozen in a pack so you're never out... I always have one in reach :)

pad is way to thick for me to use it as a burp cloths March 15, 2007 Reviewer:  mama bear "mama bear" (Houston, TX)  See all my reviews >

i wanted to use these as burp cloths but the paded part was way too thick and u could really see its a diaper and not a burp cloth so i hated it. i found actual burp cloths at another store in bright colors and without a pad and i love those. for whatever reason i didnt like the idea of wiping my babys face with a diaper pad.

Nothing like other cloth diapers. October 7, 2008 Reviewer:  Angelia Breed "mom of 2" Real Name (florida)  See all my reviews >

I bought these b/c it was all I could find locally. I have other CD's I have ordered off the net and these are awful compared to them! I'm sure lots of people have quit cloth diapering b/c of these. There are other options that are way better then this. Don't let these discourage you. I love cloth diapering with my prefolds I ordered online, thirsties covers and bumgenius diapers.

People need to think about the baby and not them self November 11, 2009 Reviewer:  happy maw maw "maw maw" (midland nc usa)  See all my reviews >

I used cloth on my baby and now i have used them on my grandson and granddaughter, and with the twin I know i will need more, I use them beacause they are better for the babies butt, if i get a little wet and that will be with any diaper you use so what you wash your cloths so it does not hurt a think. My daughter i could change her in her sleep as long as i was going from cloth to cloth but put something else on that bottom and she cryed, and my grandkids loves them maw maw butting cloth in there bottom to I i ask them what diaper they what they get the cloth one every time. And as long as my grandbabies are happy maw maw is very happy. it will not hurt anyone to wash the cloth diaper and hang them on your line I love it and I'm always happy when it comes to the kids, so stop and think about how the good days were and use just a little bit of it you will feel better.

not absorbent October 13, 2008 Reviewer:  K. Backus Real Name (Connecticut)  See all my reviews >

These Gerber cloth diapers don't absorb at all. Don't waste your money and don't let these diapers ruin your interest in cloth diapering. These diapers are horrible.
